The government of Pakistan nationalized it in
1971.
In 2002, the Government of Pakistan sold it inan open auction to a consortium of Abu Dhabi

UBLmust concentrate on the promotion of theirproducts
The Bank has a lot of financing schemes but there isvery little advertisement of these schemes. So Bankshould increase its advertisement.
All the Bank Branches should be getting online toprovide the quality and speedy services to thecustomers and also remain competitive in the market.
UBL must provide the computers to all importantemployees to increase the peace of work.
The branch infrastructure should be up to date.
UBL needs to create good relations with industrialcities.
