miSecureMessages 6.7 SMS Escalation Administrators can configure a per-group Escalation Message to be sent to miSecureMessages contacts who do not read a message within a specified amount of time. The Escalation Message feature uses Infinite Convergence’s WCTP to SMS text messaging service to send a text message to the phone number of the miSecureMessages contact. The text message notifies the contact of an unread secure message without revealing the message content to ensure compliance with HIPAA standards. The content of the message and the escalation delay period are customizable for each miSecureMessages Group. Critical Alerts Apple device users can enable miSecureMessages to use Apple’s Critical Alerts feature for high priority messages. The Critical Alerts option overrides the silent and do not disturb settings on the device when a high priority message is received. The Critical Alerts feature is available with Apple iOS 12 and later. Customized escalation text messages can be sent to miSecureMessages contacts. SMS EscalationAdministrators can configure a per-group Escalation Message to be sent to miSecureMessages contacts who do not read a message within a specified amount of time. High Priority SoundsAndroid and Apple users can select different sounds for high priority notifications versus normal priority notifications. This allows miSecureMessages users to instantly know the priority of an incoming message.

Auto-Replies and Away MessagesWhen miSecureMessages users turn their miSecureMessages notifications off, they have the option to type their own Away Message, or choose a pre-programmed message from the app. The Away Message is sent automatically to contacts who send them a message, and is displayed on the Contacts screen to other users in the same Group. Away Messages can be set in advance for a specific start and end date and time.

Users can respond quickly to messages with their own personal Quick Phrases.

Messages can be sent with three different reply modes.

No Reply or Reply to SenderMessages can be sent with three different reply modes which are indicated with icons. The message sender can set the reply mode to:• Allow replies to all recipients in the thread• Only allow replies to the sender • Not allow any replies

Personal Quick PhrasesmiSecureMessages users can create their own personal Quick Phrases for use in creating and replying to messages. Each user’s personal Quick Phrases are displayed in that user’s Quick Phrases menu, along with the Group and System level Quick Phrases if enabled.

Quick AccessmiSecureMessages version 6.7 features the ability to program more custom-labeled Web links for each miSecureMessages Group. The links are displayed in the navigation menu of the MSM Contact Web and in the menu drawer of the miSecureMessages Android and Apple apps to provide quick access to Web pages and Web-based applications.
