What does C.L.A.M.P.S stand for?

C.L.A.M.P.S stands for the following:

● Costume● Lighting

● Action/Actors● Make-up & Hair

● Props● Setting

CostumeSome costumes can be absolutely ridiculous, and some can be considered pretty 'normal'.

It all depends on the character and/or setting.(possibly how much the stylists hate you too...)

I have no words for these gems.

LightingLighting is kind of important too.

You need to make sure that the light creates the correct atmosphere and mood for your scene.. Choosing the right colours to set the perfect tone.

You really don't want your shots to come out orange.It's quite unprofessional.

See that the image on the right is much nicer then the image on the left.

Totally the lighting. Definitely not the fact that one is just some random guy taking a pictureon their phone or something and the other is seems to be done by

an actual photographer of a nice looking street.

Action/ActorsThe action and actors are key to your product.

Where would you be without them?NOWHERE! That's where.

The way that these actors behave can determine a few things.eg. their age and/or their personality.

Make-Up & HairChancing your hair can completely change your appearance, so can make-up.

So again, this is quite important. You can doing wonderful things with make-up today.

PropsProps are the kind of things that complete the scene, making them look just right.

But, don't over do on the amount of props.

SettingThe setting is pretty much the most important thing.

Where would you put your actors or props if you didn't have one?Settings can change everything.
