Ingredients for six persons:
- Chest nut flour:400 grams.
- Raisin: 100 g. - Pinenuts: 50 g. - 6 walnuts - two spoons of sugar - some orange rind - Olive oil- A little salt
Sift the floor and put it into a bowl.
Add the sugar,a little salt, a little spoon of grated orange rind and half a liter of water.
Soak the raisin in lukewarm water for ten minutes and then add it to the mixture together with the pinenuts, the walnuts and two spoons of oil.The mixture now needs to rest for about an hour.
Grease a baking pan and put the mixture in it.The baking pan should
be quite high . Soak the mixture with two spoons of oil and bake it in a hot oven (180°C)for forty minutes.
