I.INTRODUCTION

Blue Moon Indonesia, started up from the passion for hospitality and Food of Ennio Speroni and Fitria Arizona (CEO at Blue Moon Indonesia), is a company engaged in the restaurant business that combines international southern European cuisine with a very casual and Hip concept totally original and affordable to any one that like the laid back feeling of Italian lounge .A vibrant selection of foods and drinks, elaborated to meet Jakarta market and expectations, is ready to tingle Indonesian and expats taste buds in a relaxed and fun atmosphere at our venue.Our Executive Chef, Ennio Speroni from Bologna Italy with his 25 years experience, has traveled and worked across many countries as well he is patron to two well established restaurants in Italy and, for the last 5 years, worked with a well known Indonesian F&B group in Jakarta .Ennio started, at the age of 14, study at Culinary Academy IAL in Ravenna Italy and he is a member of Italian Chefs federation ( FIC ) as well of CIM world federation of Italian Chefs and since then continued to up grade ,his skills and experience, around the world in many international venues around Europe, Africa and Asia sure helps that he is fluent in: Bahasa Indonesia, English, Spanish, Portuguese and, of course, Italian language.

II.INTRODUCTION MIO’s BISTRO

Bistro MIO ranging from a simple idea to share something original and personal to the public. Combined creativity, of west and east, are created based on the concept of casual Italian bistro and lounge with the classic Italian passion for public and food relations.Our originality is the basic core of this concept and motivate us in serving fresh, healthy and full of flavor diversity of foods as well to let our Chef Ennio to present a range of specials new to Indonesian market.We are preparing to produce fun and affordable venues around Indonesia and Singapore to meet the market request, of modern Asian and Expats, for good quality and relaxed venues around Asia.We will be equipped with WiFi service and offer a perfect spot for a quick lunch or coffee break, offering lounge music and sport events in the evening, membership cards and special discounts and compliments for members.

VISION AND MISSIONVISION Vision of Mio's bistro is a hip bistro concept that will spread trough Indonesia and Asia, well respected and trusted professional F&B operators will enforce our team, making sure that: Hygiene, food quality, consistency and staff training parameters are at the best of standards Taste and final product quality, trough the presentation and creativity of our professionals, will be created and presented to facilitate the creation of food chain innovative and internationally recognized business .Economic and environmental sustainability will be among our priority implementing the use of recyclable materials and reducing waste of water and resources as well giving a faire economic treatment to our employees and guests that will, surely enjoy, money and quality value at our venues.

MISSION The mission of Mio's bistro is to provide: Good quality food and venues, solutions for customers to get quick service along busy days lunch breaks, customer satisfaction, enforce local staff education on healthy foods and motivate them to find their path in the vibrant world of F&B, create a reputation for our company to be among the best and original companies in Asia in the hospitality market.
