Chairman JFM Hitesh Giriya called the meeting to order at 09:45 am

JCI Creed and Mission was been recited in chorus

Welcome Address by Chairman

Chairman started the 2nd LGB by welcoming all the members of team United, He spoke about

JCI where the only objective is to create Impact and be sustainable. Chairman congratulated the

whole team for fantastic events executed in 2 months. He even said feedbacks should be taken in

good spirit and commitment should be given as a responsible LGB member. Lets give the best

8months to the chapter with fruitful deliberation.

Behalf of VP-LOM we had JC Rakesh Mehta updated the house about the event

This event was been called off due to pulwama attack and as we believe in safety of our

members first we had to call of the event in the last moment

Expenses incurred on chapter was around 50,000-60,000 Exact details will be shared in weeks’

time after the settlement of all accounts

Reasons for cancellation:

Security & Gratitude to martyrs

President explained the reasons and made all the members understand about the loss which is

been caused. And insisted the team to close all the accounts as soon as possible.

It was an fantastic movie night organized by Vp-Lom and team with total members attended was

Movie – Gully boy and we had a great PR done of JCI by showing a video on the BIG SCREEN.

Appreciations and Feedbacks of members was been taken into consideration

Junior Jaycee Proposes to have an summer activity workshop @ Budget of Rs.50,000/- from 8th

April – 13th April. It is a 6 days summer camp from 4:30pm-8:00pm at free of cost for Junior

jaycee

Jrjc Chairperson threw more light on it by explaining what kind of activities will the summer

Junior Jaycee Proposes to have an carnival @ Budget of Rs.3, 50,000/- purely based on

Sponsorship model and no cost to chapter on June 15th and June 16th

Jrjc Chairperson gave an insight about the whole carnival. It is basically a Education mela or fest

kind where all the kids of Bangalore will be educated, entertained, Schools battling for different

competitions.

The activities in the carnival will revolve around the ideas like Mad ads, Science fest, Poster

making, Dance competition, Battle of Bands, Standup comedy, Debate competition. We will

have around 15-20stalls, food and beverage stalls which we will encourage all the kids to keep it

under the guidance of their elder ones.
