1.MEETING CALLED TO ORDER:

Area Chairman Tr.Prakash Kapadia called the 1st AEX meeting of 2012 - 13 of AREA X to

order with a toast to the President Republic of India.

2.AIMS AND OBJECTS:

Tr.Mukesh Panchal read the Aims and objectives of RTI.


3.Welcome Address:

The Chairman Tr.Prakash welcomed National President Tr.Vineet Parekh,IPP IRO Tr.Ashwini

Hemdev, AEX board members, conveners, Tablers and HT Shankar Belgavi to the 1st AEX

meet.And wished everybody Eid Mubarak.

3. SERGEANT ‐‐‐‐ AT – ARMS

Tr.Vijay Mane was appointed as the sergeant and Tr.Vinay Verma as the Marshal.

4. Establishment of Quorum

AST Tr.Deepak Raibagi confirmed that the Quorum was established for the meeting to

commence.

6. Area Convenor Reports:

6.1 Fellowship: Tr.Lucky Singh

ACTIVITY REPORT & PLANS

RTI Area X Fellowship Plan Fellowship:

• Theme Monthly Fellowship: Every table/Tr should plan the regular social from the

monthly choice of themes allotted by the AFC, suggestions for the Theme's are

accepted from the floor Trs.

• Fellowship Table of the Month: After comparing all the fellowship performed across the

area on the basis of the Theme selected, the table/Tr hosting the best fellowship will be

awarded the ' Fellowship Table of the Month ' in the consecutive Area board meeting.

• Fellowship Solar Torch for Inter Table by RTI : At the area AGM a solar torch was

launched which will be handed over to the 1st table of the area on the basis of the

chit from the lottery & it has to be passed to any table of Area X by having a joint

Fellowship with in a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of Fellowship torch . It is

at the discretion of the torch holding table to decide to which table they have to pass

torch to, to increase the Bonding & Friendship between the tables of Area X.

• FRIENDSHIP HAMPER for within Table Every table to launch the ' FRIENDSHIP HAMPER '

fellowship program at the AGM to increase the bonding between the trs of within the

table. The Fellowship Hamper shall be passed from one tr to another within a month,

preferably in a 1 to 1 get together between the two Trs at the residence of receiving

TR.

• Joint Table Area Fellowships: This year the Area level fellowship has to be hosted jointly

by 2 to 3 tables of the area to take it to the next level of fellowship. Fellowship Solar

Torch programme can be used as a platform for this.

* All area level fellowship should have a crush for kids at the venue Also couple the area

level fellowships with twinkler program . The Crs to be involved in organizing the twinklers

program EVENTS OF AREA X FOR 2012 - 2013

• 2nd area board meeting. - Panhala. Host KRT is confirmed.


• 3rd area board meeting.MTM - In talks with HART153+ BRT152 to have it at Hospet or

couple it with Hart Rythm

• 4th area board meeting. - Overseas stags trip. Dubai / Singapore/Istambul for 3Nts in

the range of Rs 25,000 – 30,000/- per head

• Area AGM: Domestic bound AGM PCRT will be the host.

6.2 FTE Project Convenor:

Tr.Nitin Sharma

• P&G Playground scheme launched at COB which is limited to first 40 Playgrounds and

the last date for Application is 21st August 2012

• Details for the Playground Scheme such as: its Pre Requisites, Process , Grants etc was

given

• Checked on possibility of clubbing FTE Classroom project with Play Ground Project

• He also announced that Table no RT 37 ,PCRT 128, HCRT 142, HART 153, KRT 154 & HKRT

178 have opted for P&G Play ground scheme.

6.3. RTI Week/TZP Convenor:

Tr.Venkatesh Anegundi

• Expressed his desire to conduct 84 project during RTI week/TZP Week

• All the project to cover all the facets of tabling

• National Committee Member TZP/RTI Week Tr.Sachin Shah has extended his support for

making the TZP a grand success as Area X has always stood first in having max

projects, which now other area does across the nation.


6.4 Leadership & Personal Development Convenor:

LMF Tr.Gururaj Panchalar

• Has completed TExT for the incoming table chairmen and the secretaries and also for

the Area Convenors

• Has completed PTBAT exercise for two tables of the area viz; PCRT 128 and BRRT 205

• Twinklers LAPD module at the Area AGM at Goa was completed successfully.

Tr.Gururaj thanked Sq Leg Bryan and Cr.Mona for conducting a fantastic LAPD

program for kids and also emphasized that such LAPD for kids should be done on

regular basis.

Future Plans:

• PTBAT for other tables of the area to be completed, presently received requests from

Bellary RT, HART, Davangere RT,& BRT 119

• Planning to have a Leadership Conclave, in consensus with all tables of the area.

• LAPD module at all area fellowships to be organized.

• Table level LAPD at table fellowships to be promoted, special focus on couple

module.

6.5 Supply House & Greeting Cards :

Tr.Vijay Mane

Completed Tasks

• Is in constant touch with conveners of GC & SH of all tables for promotion and sales.

• Has updated chairman of all tables about the initiation of plans.


• Circulated GC Kit and SH Kit, which contains the sample images, product list, pricing

and the transaction process.

• Tables, HRT 37 and HKRT 178 have already placed orders with SH.

• Has already sold products worth Rs 50000.00 and plans to top the Area on national

level.

• Supply house product were displayed at AGM and AEX meet in Goa, products worth

Rs 15000.00 were sold on the spot.

Plans for the coming quarter:

• Coordination with respective table conveners to promote GC & SH.

• Innovative ideas to be initiated to increase the sales of GC & SH.

• Aiming to record sales of Rs.1 lac in the first quarter (by Sep 30, 2012)

• Introduction of Area X Bazaar products. The ways, formalities and statutory

compliance needs to be looked into.

6.6 Corporate Alliance & Fund Raising:

Area X launched RISHTA a CORPORATE ALLIANCE,


At Rishta Area X has gone for Corporate Allianze with Major reputed Lifestyle outlets across

Area X and India.

All Tablers of Area X would also be issued an Privilege Card along with RISHTA Booklet.

RISHTA booklet would specify the Outlets, Restaurants,Spa's and various lifestyle outlets and

their specific offers.

All Corporate Lifestyle Rishta outlets would have RISHTA Sticker "I support RTI and We accept

RISHTA Privilege Card".

How it works,

• Reputed Lifestyle Outlet shortlisted by Tablers would be selected within their specific

Tabling Centre.

• Nominal One time entry fee of Rs.5000 is charged to the Outlets to be part of RISHTA

which covers printing and distribution charges.

• Outlets have to specifically mention the benefit to tablers for e.g. Discount, freebies,

specific offers and contact person there in.

• Simple advertisement is not allowed. As its not a Classified magazine.

• Outlets need to paste Publicity Sticker at Entrance or Counter or at prominent display

area.

• We at Area X would offer RISHTA Outlet Mass purchasing capacity of all Tablers visiting

the Area and continuous business around the year. It purely depends on offers and

service provided.

• For any assistance RISHTA helpline can be contacted.

• Tablers have to produce Privilege Card to the Outlet before any transactions.

6.7 Image Building : Tr.Ankesh Jain (Absent)


6.8 Extention – Internal :

Tr.Kartik

• Expressed his desire to take Area X tablers figure to Magical number of 200 by the year

end

• Would co-ordinate with all the table convenors to achieve the goal.

6.7 Extension – External:

Tr.Mukesh Panchal

• EEE (Extension, Extension & Extension) is the mantra for the year

• Announced the arrival of new table at Goa MYRT(Madgaon Youth Round Table)

• Stressed for a new table at Kolhapur, which has very good potential.

• Also announced that he along with Tr.Pashupathi from Bellary had 2 contact meetings

with the prospects at Hospet.


6.8 Extension – Belgaum:

Tr.Sushim Gotadki

• Announced that he along with tablers of 205 and Area Chairman Tr.Prakash Kapadia

had one contact meetings with new prospects for starting 3rd Table at Belgaum

Hospet.

6.9 Go Green/ Mass Tour:

Tr.Siddharth Nayak

• Compulsory planting of saplings at Round Table Schools

• Donating green caps/umbrellas on 15th August at a Round Table School or

orphanage.

• Using a green theme for the competitions with subjects like: “HOW DO YOU SEE

MOTHER EARTH WITH LITTLE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE” and

“IMAGINE THE EARTH 20 YEARS FROM NOW”

• Promoting the Earth Warrior and Earth Prince Pins

• Strictly & Sincerely Observing the Earth Hour International Initiative

• Contending for the GREENEST TABLE in the Area National Award

• Organizing a Cycle Marathon to create awareness of GO GREEN.

• Adopting the “-1” initiative and cut font size in all AREA 10 correspondence to 11.

• Make Hoardings of RTI with Green Theme

• Appoint Green Mascots for the year

• Support the sales of the Green items in the Supply house.

• To have at least one HRD module on environmental issues at our table meetings in this

year.

• Ensuring active participation of the twinklers in our Go Green activities.

• With due respect, ban use of crackers in all table related activities.

• Reduce the number Table reports printed. Use e-reporting.


6.10 Twinklers/ Little Genius Club :

Tr.Harsha Rao

• Was happy to have Twinklers LAPD module conducted at the Area AGM

• Expressed his regret on missing the same.

• Shared few details in as to how the LAPD for kids was conducted.

• Requested the Area Chairman to have LAPD program scheduled in every Area

Fellowship so that the bonding between the kids increases and they would grow up to

be a good citizen.

6.11 IT & Blog & Editor: Tr.Anil Savla

• Has started the area board group in google groups.

• Has made a new group for AREA X which will contain only present tablers and H’ts .

• Has created a new area e-mail ([email protected]).

• Has made a facebook profile for AREA X .

• Regarding the whatsapp application, RTI india is coming up with a complete social

network for RTI with mobile application. It will be launched in few week from now.

Plans ahead:

• A blog is ready for the kick start ,(there will be separate blog for each table),here all

the tablers from each table will be describing about themselves and will end by

introducing the next tabler ,it also has a mobile application called “BLOGGER” .


• All the birthday’s and important dates will be put as reminders in the new group

(without reply mail to all facility so that u don’t get irritated with too many mails).

• Will be doing more activities online with help of the image builder convenor (ankesh

jain).

6.12 Best Practices / Rules- Tr.Prashant Hebsur

• Requested all the tables to complete all 24 meetings in year.

• To adopt fork and spoon method.

• Having table banners and proper jewels worn by head table.

• To send MOM reports on time.

• To have best practice award to promote active tabling.

• Said that DRT76 approved FTE project which was not completed, should be replaced

with the playground project.

6.13 Business Networking:

Tr.Vinay Verma

• To focus on “Rishta” and to tie up with leading brands across the area, so that the

tablers are benefited and in-turn a very good publicity happens.

• Extension of “Rishta” module to other area’s which will create great publicity and

benefit to Tablers.

Plans for the year ahead-2012-13

• To create and send out a survey form to each Tabler of Area X-Round Table India

where he must fill in complete details of his business like nature of business, company


website address, interest of participating in seminars, trade delegations and his

contribution as to how he could develop his business connection between tablers.

• To organize seminars/business speakers over power lunches in various cities where RTI

has a presence wherein the speakers would share their success stories and enlighten

tablers about the challenging business world.

• To tie up with CII/FICCI and similar organizations who could help us organize trade

delegations so that tablers could showcase their companies/products in various parts

of the world. This would also enhance International relations and fellowships.- National

Networking Convener will be initiating the Process.

• To encourage members of Area X to participate in trade fair/business networking

event at WAH India happening in Hyderabad wherein tablers could showcase their

products to the visiting delegates.( The trade Fair to be organised by RTI- National)

• To start a venture capital fund very similar to Mumbai Angles which would help tablers

get seed capital for startup projects.

• To work hand-in-hand with the CAT convenor to enhance RTI – Corporate tie ups for

E.g. Rishta- Corporate Tie Up for Area X. Plans for launching a Business Web Portal with

referral system has been put on hold as per Area Chairman’s Instructions. The updates

for the same will be sent at appropriate time.

6.14 National Honorary Tabler: Sq.Leg Shankar Belgavi

• Thanked the area chairman and the board for awarding the HT status

• Was very happy and pleased to be back amongst tablers.

• Wished all the best and support.

ACTIVITY REPORT OF RT 60 for the 1st Quarter.

Fellowships:

• To have planned fellowships every alternative week jointly with the 41ers.

• Dinner or tea outings with each tabler once a week.


Go-Green:

• Plan to organize campaigns for creating awareness among the citizens for going

green and clean city .

Projects:

• Proposed to start with go green initiative, creating awareness amongst children and

the citizens of Dharwad.

• Plan to repair and maintain the schools built by DRT60 .

Fund Raising:

• The matter has been discussed in the table to start fund raising in a small way so as to

fund our projects.

Supply House:

• To purchase Supply house items worth Rs 2000/- .

Greeting Cards:

• To Purchase Greeting cards worth Rs 2000/-

Extension:

• Planning to induct at least 4 new prospect and the strength to 16 tables by this quarter

end.

Publicity:

• Publishing the projects and initiative taken by the table in local media and

newspapers.

HRD:

• Like mindedness, working towards the goal


c) Davangere Round Table 76:

Fellowships:

• Plans to take up 2nd area board meet and Area fellowship so that it coincides with 700

meet of their table

Projects:

• To build 2 classroom, as 50% of the fund is ready with the school.Tr Prashant advised

the Chairman to start the project only after taking clearance from RTI

Extension:

• Current strength of 8,planning to take it to 15 tablers by the end of this year.

d) Belgaum Round Table 119: Tr.Vinayak Mangalwade was absent so nothing to report.


e) Panjim City Round Table 128: Tr.Ankit Kumar

Have completed 2 meetings till date.

HRD:

• Conducted PTBAT for pcrt128.

• 2 tablers Tr.Vinay and Tr.Ankit attended TEXT programme at belgaum.

Extension:

• Plan for the year is on extension both internal as well as external

• They have successfully inaugurated a new table at Margao which is now called MYRT

Projects:

• FTE projects at Mapusa with P&G

• 15 august flag hosting at government primary school.

• Conducted blood donation project at Panjim


Publicity:

• To have a tie-up with Remo Fernandes and Shadab Jakati as Brand Ambassador

IRO: • Auto Rickshaw challenge, where in 16 rickshaws with some 20 foreign national visited Goa, PCRT

showed cased FTE project done by them.

f) Hubli Central Round Table 142:

Tr. Nikhil Bhagwat

Thanked the floor for attending the BBB AGM & making it a grand success.

• Meetings/Fellowship:

1. Had 2 fellowships cum business meets. Basically to discuss on AGM preparations &

updates jointly with circlers.

2. Celebrated birthdays of 2 tablers by visiting their houses & wishing them with special

gifts.

Projects:

• 1. Sports meet by Hosur Govt School @ BVB college grounds, Hubli on 9th August.

Funded hosur govt. school and to host inter school sports meet at BVB college

grounds, where more than 10 schools & 200 students participated. Breakfast, Lunch

was arranged for all. Trophies for winners & certificates for all were also provided. AC Tr

Vijesh inaugurated the meet by hoisting the Olympic flag. The sports meet kicked off

with shot put throw by Chairman Tr Nikhil, Secretary Tr Mukesh & all other trs present.

The Olympic torch was also lighted.

It was very encouraging to see school students participate in outdoor sports instead of

sitting playing games on computers with indoor comfort as most children do today.

8 Trs attended the project & Rs 30000 was donated by all trs of HCRT 142.

• 2. 15th August Projects.

Team HCRT 142 was divided into 3 groups with 3-4 members in each group & thus with

this arrangement by our PC tr. Nitin Sharma. We could attend 3 schools complete our

project.

A) Donation of Mike Set & Tree plantation project at Chelmatti Govt. high school. Total

expense Rs 8000 on 15 August.

Mike, Stand, Horn & Amplifier with usb & remote was presented to the principal,


staff & students of Chelmatti School on the special occasion of our Independence

day.

AC Tr. Vijesh, Chairman Tr. Nikhil & Tr Amrut attended. The mike set was donated

through our AC Tr. Vijesh.

B) Sweet distribution @ our adopted school jointly with HCLC 71 4 trs Attended the

project.

C) Sweet distribution at Vishwakarma school for the handicapped. 4 trs attended

the project.

• It was also decided to identify a school for FTE project @ hubli. Tr. Nitin sharma our proj.

convenor along with the help of Tr Amrut will take up this soon.

• Also supported the Charity show of HKRT 178 of "Ek tha Tiger". Where almost all trs with

families bought tickets & attended the show.

g) Bellary Vikings Round Table 152:

Tr.Pashupathi Chellur

� Completed three meetings and one out of the box meeting with live recording where

in trs were made to take oath towards achieving whatever they wanted in the coming

year.

Projects:

� Donated one school Bus to Vasavi High School.

� Installation of Round table scholarship at Vasavi School.

� Distribution of sweets on independence

� Applied for all the three grants available this year .

Fellowships:

� Completed Table Agm 2011 –12 at hospet.

� Dhaba fellowship

� Movie fellowship

� Twinklers nite on friendships day

Supply House:

� BVRT 152 has given a pre commitment of Rs 20000.00 for the first quarter.


Publicity:

� Tr Chandrakant and Tr Kiran Jain will be participating in a live musical fest being

organised on behalf of Bellary round table in the rock category.

� Our Bus donation project has been covered in a leading kannada daily.

Extension:

� As the table strength of 152 is alarming low they have decided to concentrate on

extension but did not find much to their satisfaction until suddenly three rocking

prospective came up. All the three are ready for induction and will be done before

AGM. .

Fund Raising:

� The Chairman and business associates raised a fund of Rs 100000.00 for charity.

� Has designed a glass box with fyte posters inside it and will hand over one each to all

the trs,sq lgs, ht’s there by making twenty five of such boxes and the same will be kept

in their counters where they themselves can put in money like say Rs 10 a day this way

taking a average of rs 10 per day we can raise around Rs 3500/ box this x twenty

summing upto 70000rs.

� Low cost local magazine where in they will be printing the names of the people who

have supported RTI through this magazine. Each greeting (publish) will cost Rs 300/-

and each tr has to get a min of 10 greetings published in the book .thereby we will

raise 36000/- which will be used for RTI week.

� Jindal steel ltd who had sponsored them Rs 55000/- in the form of kind will be

approached again but this time after we do something more meaning full to show

them.

Projects:

� We have mixed work with pleasure. We regularly have project meetings over lots of

booze and fun. Believe me we bond so well that any idea from anybody is instantly

agreed upon and enacted.

� Bus project with vasavi school

� Construction of classrooms with vasavi school


� The same with Basavarajeshwari public school.

� Request letter from Jawahar school for a generator worth Rs 2.5lakhs and found a

matching donor with Rs 1.25lakhs this is for the trust fund.

� Fund of 35000/- allotted for RTI week with a daily project of Rs 5000/- each

� The other fund raised from the fyte boxes will be given to the next year chairman.

� Identification of four government schools one in each quarter and will use the

personal fund raised by the chairman for these schools. Each quarter 25000/- x four

schools each quarter

Fellowship:

• Having regular Fellowship

• Plans of taking up National AGM.


h) Hubli Accent Round Table 153:

Fellowship:

• To have theme based fellowship every month.

• Have restarted the Friendship Pillar wherein each Tabler invites another Tabler with

family at his residence. The aim is to ensure more bonding & friendship among Tablers

& their families.

• Signature event of HART Rhythms & landmark 300th meeting would be a Area

Fellowship to watch for.

Projects:

• Book Distribution Project on 21.7.12 HART-153 distributed note book sets to 250 students

of Bengeri Govt School, Hubli.

• Inaugurated of Golden Jubilee FTE Class rooms project on 21.7.12,two class rooms

were inaugurated at Rajiv Gandhi School, S M Krishna Nagar, Hubli. Inauguration was

done by Mayor of HDMC Shri Pandurang Patil, along with our Area Chairman Tr.Vijesh.

The project was attended by Area Project convenor Tr. Prashant Hebsur along with

Tablers of HART-153 & HCRT-142. The inauguration article featured in leading local

news paper Samyukta Karnataka.

• Food distribution project on 12.8.12,where food was served to the inmates of

orphanage Sister Convent at Keshwapur, Hubli

• Celebrated Independence day with the students of APMC Govt school. Prizes were

handed over to the respective class toppers & sweets were distributed. Tablers &

families attended in good strength.


• On FTE front this year they have identified Govt school for class room construction &

would freeze it shortly.

• RTI week would be held with 7 meaningful projects.

Fund Raising :

• On 21st July’12 funds of Rs.12000 was raised for Book Distribution project for 250 students

of Bengeri Govt School, Hubli.

• On 15th Aug’12 Independence day was celebrated with students of APMC Govt

School. Sweets & prizes were distributed for the respective class toppers. Funds to the

tune of Rs. 5000 was raised for this project.

Supply House/Greeting Cards:

• Have good plans to promote Greeting cards & supply house items in this year.

Extension:

• Had 4 inductions at our AGM in July’12,taking their current strength to 19 tablers!.

• Plans to induct 5 more tablers in this tabling year.

Publicity:

• FTE class room project inauguration article along with photograph featured in

Samyukta Karnataka a leading daily newspaper.

• They would also ensure all our projects completed would get maximum mileage.

• All our projects & fellowships completed would be updated in the RTI National Blog.

HRD:

• Text Program was attended by Tr.Suraj & Tr. Avinash at Belgaum.

• Ladies & Twinklers of HART-153 attended the LAPD program organized at Area XI

AGM at Goa on 18th Aug’12.

• Plans to have a PTBAT program for all our Tablers in the month of Sept’12

i) Kolhapur Round Table 154:

Fellowship:

• Koyna dam stag get-together.

• Plan Area board meet at panhala nov 24. ( Rs 15000 SUPPORT )

Projects:

• To complete kale school golden jubilee FTE project

• To complete Dyandeep FTE classroom project

• And try FTE golden jubilee project for Shiye high school

• Plan P&G Playground Panhala school

Fund raising and Publicity:

• Proposed to host Golf tournament fund raising and publicity.

Supply House & Greeting Card:

• To purchase greeting card worth Rs 5000.

Extension:

• To add 10 members by this year end, they have already inducted 4 tablers


• Plan to extend one more table.

HRD:

• HRD training and awareness program (first five tables to get Rs4000 subsidy).

• Sought PTBAT for their table.

Publicity:

• Plan and take up business alliances for “Rista” a corporate alliance.. at least 5 adv .

Mahesh corporate and fund raising.

• Good publicity ... planned for RTI awareness ...

• Plan and take up good meaningful community projects.

Go green projects:

• Plans to take up tree plantation.


j) Hubli Knights Round Table 178:

FELLOWSHIP:

It is planned to have 10 Table fellowships.

• The first fellowship of the table is scheduled on 25th of August 2012.

• Ten Tana Ten - Inter Table Cricket Tournament for Tables of

• Area 10 will be hosted in the month of October.

• Kite Festival is planned for the tables of Area 10 in the month of January.

• World 78 meet at Goa on Feb 8th, 9th and 10th 2013

• Stag Party

PROJECTS:

• August 15th 2012 :Donated March past Drum set to Gopankoppa School.

• Distributed biscuits to 550 students. Planted 5 saplings along with tree guard. Area Chairman Tr Vijesh Saigal attended the project.

• Donated Rs 11,000=00 to Mahaveer Limb Centre. The amount will be used by the centre to donate Artificial limbs to their patients.

• Letter submitted to BEO to develop the following Infrastructure at Gopanakoppa

Kannada School :

Construction of 4 classrooms, Playground development, sanitation facility Library and

Computer room and Rain Water Harvesting

Fund Raising:

• Charity Show of the movie Ek Tha Tiger was organized on August 15th 2012 and Rs

35000=00 was raised by it.

• Rs 11000 was donated by Sagun Copper Conductors Pvt Ltd for the project

undertaken at Mahaveer Limb Centre.

LEADERSHIP & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

• PTBAT is planned on 02/09/2012

• Public Speaking module for ladies

• Junior Knights for Twinklers

INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

HKRT will be hosting the first World 78 meet in Goa in February 2013.


Tables from Germany, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, South Africa and Great

Britain has shown interest in participating in the event.

Supply House:

A purchase worth Rs 100000=00 is expected in this year.

Greeting Cards: 2000 cards is expected to be purchased.

EXTENSION:

External Extension: HKRT 178 along with BVRT 152 will be extending a table in Hospet.

Internal Extension: Two new tablers are expected to be inducted in the year.

INTER TABLE EVENTS:

• HKRT will be organizing TEN TANA TEN , Cricket tournament for the tables of Area 10 in

October 2012.

• Area level Kite Festival is planned in January 2013

k) Belgaum Royals Round Table 205:

Fellowships:

• Fellowships for the complete year have been drawn. Two theme based Fellowships are

going to be held during this quarter.

Projects:

• One Project already completed on Independence day report already sent to area .

Three more project


Fund Raising:

• Funds Raised, Rs. 21,000/- for Projects by donations

Supply House:

• Supply house purchases to be bolstered this year. Plans in action already.

Greeting Cards: Nothing to Report.

Extension:


• External Extension: Contact Meeting held on 4th of August with Prospects for new

Table. Area Convenor for Extension in Belgaum, Tr. Sushim Gotaki in contact with the

Prospects.

Internal Extension:

• Prospect Mr. Ayush Dalmia attended the Business meet. In process.

Publicity:

• Wide coverage in Kannada and Marathi newspapers for Independence Day

Project.Independence Day wishes where shared on face book and other networks by

creative art work and wonderful message which was appreciated by many.

HRD:

• Planning to have LAPD in the month of September.

l)My Youth Round Table Madagaon:

Since the table is yet to charter and they are pretty new to tabling, so they just want to focus

on fellowship and bonding.

b) Area X Secretary/Treasurer:

Thanked all the board members for attending the AEX meet, and requested the Chairman’s

to file their C forms and D forms in time.

Sergeant Action:

Tr.Vijay Mane & Tr Vinay Verma cracked few jokes and entertained the floor.

A total of Rs 1400.00 was collected.

c) Immediate Past Chairman/IRO:

Wished the birthday boy chairman Tr.Prakash Kapadia the very best in his endeavors, also

wished President Tr.Vineet Parikh and IPP IRO GLMF Tr.Ashwinni Kumar Hemdev for taking

their time out gracing the Area AGM Band Baja Barat and the area board meet.

d) Area Chairman Address:

Tr.Prakash Kapadia

• Thanked the President and IPP IRO for being part of the AEX, also thanked the BBB

team for giving one of the best AGM in recent times. Requested the IPC to share his

valuable idea in achieving common goal.

• Was happy that 90% of the board members were present for the AEX. Praised Tr.Vijay

Mane for putting up Supply house Bazaar at the AGM and at the AEX thus boosting

the sales.

• Announced that going forward there is going to be only 4 Area Fellowships, the idea

behind having only 4 area fellowships is to promote fellowship torch which is an inter

table bonding and fellowship basket to improve intra table bonding. Apart from it if

any other table is planning to invite the area, then they are free to invite and the Area

Chairman requested the respective Chairman’s not to term it as area fellowship.

• As HART 153 was willing to take up AEX and Area level fellowship to coincide with their

HART Rhythms fellowship, they sought a subsidy of Rs 50000.00, for which the board will

take call in future AEX.

• Chairman conveyed that he had received Greetings from Area 5.

• Chairman stressed to increase the sale of Greeting cards, asked to take help of social

connect to promote sales.

• Shared some light on P&G and RTI spending of project Shiksha, where a some 9.5

crores was spent P&G and Rs 15 Crores came from RTI. For which P&G was very happy

with RTI.

• He also said he is planning a corporate alliance with Britainia which support mid day

project.


e)Any Other Matters:

i)RTI Presidents: Vineet Parikh Message

Was very to be part of the AGM and 1st AEX, appreciated the efforts put in by the Chairman

Tr.Prakash for chalking down all his plans for the entire year. Also appreciated the Oath

taking process for all the tablers during the in-vesture, were he could the bonding between

the tablers. Also appreciated the smooth proceedings of the AEX.

The President had 3 major points to ponder for the Area in the coming year:-

1. Focus on LAPD

• To develop new trainers from the areaX , to identify new tablers with sound

communication skill to picked and sent National Train The Trainer program where their

skill can be honed and they turn out to be good leaders.

• And turn Area X can send these trainers to other for training, which will be very proud

moment for the Area and requested stop relying on Sq-legs from their Area for training

purpose and other function, and be self sufficient.

2. FTE

• To focus on FTE

• Praised the area for being the best when it comes to TZP week, he has never

seen so many project done over weeks time.

• Requested the tables to fund 15-20% from their charity account towards FTE and

not to rely entirely on RTI and the sponsorer.

3. External Extension

• To focus on the growth of Area X

• To have 3 years plan on extension, so that the next chairman does not lose

focus on the goal

• Promised all the support from RTI in terms of resourceful speakers, good

presentation of RTI for contact meetings.


ii)IPP IRO : GLMF Tr.Ashwinni Kumar Hemdev

• Wished everybody Eid-Mubarak !!

• Wished the AGM committee(Host 142) for hosting a grand AGM at Goa.

• Had all praise for Tr.Prakash Kapadia for coming with very innovative ideas for the year

ahead, specifically mentioned the Pledge taken all the tabler’s.

• Spoke about RTI and told the floor that there is no movement like RTI which focuses on

education.

• Requested all the youths to take up Area and National responsibilities.
