Checking through original plan:

1) Each partner identifies where and how IT is used in their institution and sends this information to the project coordinator. = DONE.2) First partner meeting in Italy to evaluate the results of the research completed, to write the action plan and to formulate the training programme. = DONE. 3) Smart classroom materials will be developed by the coordinating partner and sent to all the other partners to evaluate and adapt to their local needs. The coordinating partner will also create the internal work area for the partners. = DONE.4) Creation of project website by the coordinator (Remzi) = DONE.

5) First training session in Barcelona for partner trainers to include copyright, web 2.0 and the creation of smart board materials. =DONE- Done today (20/05/14) instead and uploaded to website. Also signed by representatives of each school.

Decided every step of the project should be uploaded onto the website so that the web page becomes a ‘self-learning’ page that outsiders can view and understand. Only essentials to be uploaded to Facebook.

6.1) First newsletter reporting partners progress posted on website = DONE.- Newsletter can be found in ‘activities’.

6.2) Partner trainers conduct training sessions for teachers in their institutions and/or educational authorities = DONE- Germany: meeting 3 > document 3 > training.- Poland: All training in one document (meeting seven > documents).- UK: Pat Suttmann did CPD on how to use Smartboards and Pinterest at start of project.- Spain: Warren gave presentation on Hangouts and Google Drive.

7) Students are trained on the skills developed by their trainers and where possible make contact with local employers to put these skills into practice = DONE.- Poland: Students made presentation which was given in Barcelona (meeting 6 > document 4).- Poland: interview made by students on Youtube.- Spain: Presentation on app inventor (meeting 6 > document 5).- Spain: Each trainee created own company (different things, designing code). Same training was given to staff and students.- UK: Not done due to the loss of Pat from Ryde Academy.- Germany: Quiz activity.- Germany: Plans for more training after project in negotiation with schools. Plan to develop training possible because of the project.

8.1) Questionnaire to the teachers about the needs and problems of the use of smart materials = DONE.

8.2) Online meeting platform for teachers and students with Adobe Connect to share and discuss experiences. = DONE.- Tried online meeting platform (trainex), but found it to have technical issues when trying to connect with other countries. Germany will provide results on Friday.- Used Skype and everyone could connect.

9) Second project coordinator meeting in UK to monitor and evaluate progress so far and to plan the next training session and second year project = DONE.

10.1) Evaluation of website and students’ learning online via survey.

10.2) Exhibition about the trainees works which they learnt during the courses.

10.3) Presentations prepared by the trainees about the work that they learnt during the project process.

11) Final newsletter for the first year of the project uploaded on website = DONE.- Activities > UK > Meeting 4 > document 3.

12) Second training session in Germany to introduce the use of fragmans and multimedia materials = DONE.- Meeting 5 was held in November.- Presentation training- Define perspective of materials.- Perhaps we should develop non smart board materials.- Remzi has video of presentation.- Andreas prepared webquest.- We should collect more materials.- Video and .ppt is enough evidence.- Lena took many videos, Ewa to collect them - Andreas said there are two different types of materials: documentation (such as videos, photos, minutes, newsletters of meetings) and training resources (such as concrete lesson plans including examples of best practice). - Fragmans = demonstrations that do not have to be concrete. Resources can be small aids such as a video, which can be used as part of a lesson.- Warren performed a demonstration in Barcelona which is on Youtube. Resources will be uploaded to website.- “Presentation on the city” .ppt (meeting 5) to be renamed “Intercultural Training Presentation”.

- Germany made a small evaluation - different perspectives of student and teachers concerning the use of digital media. The evaluation was based on group discussion. (Will find in Berlin)

13) Partner trainers conduct training sessions for teachers in their institutions and/or educational authorities.- Andreas suggested each institute must describe their own activities.- There is no attendance record for meeting in Germany.- Germany: There are short minutes for meeting in Germany, but they are in German.- UK: Michael will try to track down CPD feedback/attendance sheets- Spain: How to build apps in App Inventor at Edenic, Hangouts and Smart Boards.- Poland: Ewa sent a Word document (meeting 1 > document 9).

14.1) Training of students and implementation of these skills. - Attendance sheets from Barcelona.

14.2) Launching of competition for the creation of multimedia material related to the topic of unemployment/employability for the contest in March.-

15) Students meeting in Spain to share their experiences and cultural similarities and differences and to produce the next newsletter. The meeting will include a competition to assess their new skills with mixed terms to encourage European citizenship. - Meeting 6 > documents 1-6.- Newsletter: document 1.

16) Students and trainers contact local companies to demonstrate their newly acquired skills and for feedback from the companies concerning the opportunities which may be available for employment in order to create a future Leonardo Network.- Poland: students created a website for a local farm. (kamocinek.cba.pl)- Germany: wrote a letter to companies but had no reply (will try to find the letter).- Spain: visited company ‘NUB3D’ and have photos of visit. The company has asked to be included in future projects.- UK: Visited the company ‘NUB3D’ in Barcelona, but no local companies have been contacted since the departure of Pat Suttman from Ryde Academy.

17) Final project coordinators meeting in Poland to assess, evaluate the the outcomes of the project and to formulate a dissemination plan = DONE.- Checked through original plan.- Signed attendance sheets.- Updated Facebook page.- Sorted out Copyright that was not done in point 5.- Charo provided a template dissemination form along with codes to complete it.- 2 parts of dissemination - General (website, facebook, etwinning, newsletters)- Regional/local - (Can be shown using dissemination template/attendance sheets)

-Charo will send a blank dissemination form to all partners to complete.

18) Dissemination of results in all participating countries and final newsletter.- Each country should give a final statement as a good finish to the final newsletter.- The content of the final newsletter will include a short summary of the previous meetings and a short statement from each country.-Germany offered to create the final newsletter.
