1. That the Destination Marketing Fund Grant Application Form - 2019 PA Athletics Inc. be added as Item No. 6.5.

6.1 Destination Marketing Fund Grant Application Form - 2019 Girls Prairie League Softball Weekend (RPT 19-258)

Verbal Presentation was provided by Mel1odie Boulet, Administrator, Destiination Marketing Fund.


1. That the Growing an Existing Event Destination Marketing Fund Grant Application from Prince Albert Minor Softball Association for funding the 2019 Girls Prairie League Softball! Pink Sox East Weekend scheduled for May 31 to June 2, 2019, in the amount of $4,000, be approved;

2. That $2,000 be funded from the Destination Marketing levy Reserve; and,

3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the Funding Agreement on behalf of The City, once prepared.

6.2 Destination Marketing Fund Grant Application Form- 2019 Prince Albert Grand Counciii/Northern Lights Casio Golf Tournament (RPT 19-262)

Verbal Presentation was provided by Melodie Boulet, Administrator, Destination Marketing Fund.


11. That the Destination Marketing Fund Grant Application from Northern Ughts Casino/Prince Albert Grand Councii1/Northern Lights Community Development Corporation Golf Tournament for funding the 2019 Prince Albert Grand Council/Northern Lights Casio Golf Tournament scheduled for Au9ust 9- 11, 2019, in the amount of $2,500, be approved;

2. That $2,500 be funded from the Destination Marketing Levy Reserve; and,

3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the Funding Agreement on behalf of The City, once prepared.

6.3 Destination Marketing Fund Grant - Final Report Form - 2019 Prince A'lbert Grand Council 28th Annual Fine Arts Festival (RPT 1,9-264)

Verbal Presentation was provided by Melod re Boulet, Administrator, Destination Marketing Fund.


1. That the Final Report Form from the Event of the 2019 Prince A1lbert Grand Council 28th Annual Fine Arts Festival be approved; and,

6.5 Destination Markehng Fund Grant Application Form - 2019 PA Athletics Inc. -PRESENTED AT MEETING (RPT 19-275)

Verbal Presentation was provided by Melodie BoU'Iet, Administrator, Destination Marketing Fund.


1. That the New Event Destination Marketing Fund Grant Application from PA Athletics Inc., for funding the 2019 Provi1ncial Outdoor Club Championships, Western Canada Summers Games Trials and Tri Province Trials scheduled for June 15 and 16, 2019, in the amount of $2,000, be approved;

2. That $2,000 be funded from the Destination Marketing Levy Reserve; and,

3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to executed the Funding Agreement on behalf of The City, once prepared.
