Introduction

MinsthorpeCommunityCollegeisaschoolwhichislargerthantheNationalaverageandhasoverathirdofthecohortwhoaredisadvantagedwhichisalsoalargerproportionthanthenationalaverage.

WearecommittedtoeverychildbelievingthattheycanachieveandweusePupilPremiumfundingtosupporttheindividualneedsofstudentsinordertoraiseaspirationsandachievement.

Ouraimistoensuredisadvantagedstudentsthriveandachieve.Thisismeasuredbyreducingthegap(workingtonogap)betweenPupilPremiumandNonPupilPremiumstudentsnationally.
