The company known as MINPACK

began operations in 1968 as a

manufacturing plant supporting the

3M Microfilm Products Division.

Over the years, additional

capabilities were added to support

regional manufacturing operations

for 3M and later Imation, including

material converting, assembly and

packaging.

was formed in December 2005 by

Bob Thompson, the plant’s former

general manager and lead

engineer.
