Program Area Description
Requirements for students who are adding a minor in professional writing to ANY major. Five (5) courses, including a GE course and a capstone internship with a community organization.The minor in professional writing gives you skills and practical experience in the kinds of 21st century writing used by businesses, non-profits, government and social service agencies. Students majoring in English, communication, business, history, sociology, education, and other fields have already added the minor to their college experience at Newark.
