-The total number of housing complaints for census tracts with 50 or more reported cases of elevated blood lead levels is 7491 with a mean of 214. -The total number of housing complaints for census tracts with no reported cases of elevated blood lead levels is 2071 with a mean of 33. -There does appear to be a correlation between the number of housing complaints and number of reported cases of elevated blood lead levels, there are clearly other variables that influence housing complaints, since there are housing complaints for census tracts with no cases of elevated blood lead levels.
