    George Latimer - Saint PaulGeorge Latimer was the mayor of Saint Paul, Minnesotas capital city, from 1976 until1990. A labor lawyer by profession, Latimer was recognized for his redevelopment of St.Pauls downtown core and investments in neighborhood revitalization. Previous to be-ing mayor he was elected to the Saint Paul School Board and continues to be involved inthe education of young people.

    After his mayoral term, he served as dean of Hamline Universitys law school and servedas a special advisor to Henry Cisneros, President Clintons Housing and Urban Develop-ment Secretary, from 1993 until 1995.From 1996 to January 1998, Latimer was CEO of the National Equity Fund, whichmanages 27,000 housing units in 35 cities, and provides affordable housing for workingpeople through use of the Low Income ax Credit.

    Latimer occasionally lectures on these topics at Macalester College, while continuing tonurture and mentor young politicians.

    Circus Manduhai - Erdenechimeg Haltarhuu (Chimgee), owner & performerCircus Manduhai was founded in 2002 by Erdenechimeg Chimgee Haltarhuu as a wayfor her and her family to share the Mongolian culture, continue displaying their circusskills, and to entertain the win Cities area.

    By 2005, Circus Manduhai was performing over 50 shows per year in over 15 countiesin Minnesota and Wisconsin. Some highlights were performing for 10 weeks at the oldCamp Snoopy at Mall of America, shows at the Edina Art Center, and yearly perfor-mances at the Chinese New Years Celebration and Reunion (for children adopted fromChina). 2006 saw Circus Manduhai performing at Te Park at Mall of America and pri-

    vate engagements at Mystic Lake Casino. In 2007 Circus Manduhai performed at ComoZoo and at the Fitzgerald Teater in St. Paul, MN. Te 2008 Circus Manduhai performedat Grand Casino with Mannequin in Motion/Osprey Productions.

    Trough Circus Juventas, Chimgee has been teaching circus skills to area youth and alsosome adults at Juventas great facilities in Higland Park, St. Paul; she brought studentsto Latina, Italy to compete in International Circus Festival.

    Susan Haigh - President, Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity (MHP Chair)Sue joined win Cities Habitat for Humanity in February 2005, accepting the challengeof helping the organization explore more innovative ways to manage housing develop-ment costs while fullling their commitment to build at least 50 homes a year for 50families throughout the metro area. Before joining Habitat, she served three terms onthe Ramsey County Board of Commissioners, representing District 4 (St. Pauls Midwayand surrounding areas). During her time as Commissioner, she championed afford-able housing for working families, including establishing a $5 million Housing Endow-ment Fund in 2000. Additionally, as a church elder, Sue helped direct use of the Housesof Hope Fund, a $4 million dollar affordable housing fund that had been raised by thecongregation in 2000. She also spent eleven years managing the 250-employee RamseyCounty Attorneys Offi ce and its $20 million dollar budget. She holds a J. D. Degreefrom William Mitchell College of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from MacalesterCollege.

    Jim Miley - President Residential Real Estate/Bremer Bank (MHP Vice ChairJim Miley has worked in the win Cities mortgage lending eld for the past 33 years.He currently is the President of Residential Real Estate for Bremer Bank, which oper-ates in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota. Prior to joining Bremer, Jim has heldpositions in general and sales management for US Bank Home Mortgage and MarquetteMortgage, as well as other companies throughout the metro area during his tenure inthe mortgage industry. During this time, he has worked to create home ownership op-portunities for people that have in the past been challenged in nding solutions.

    Jim was born and raised in the win Cities and is married, and the father of four chil-dren, ages ranging from 28 to 8. He enjoys skiing, golng, and attending a never endingschedule of his childrens athletic events.
