• Nearly every submarket with a high concentration of med tech firms has a “cornerstone” tenant that attracts collocating suppliers and partners. The St. Paul CBD is an interesting exception—although not too far from 3M Health Care, smaller and younger companies prefer a downtown location that appeals to tech talent.
