Possibilities, I dedicate myself a new to the service of coming one and will do all I can to

prepare my mind and heart for events of Life. I dedicate my work to my father, who

taught me that the best kind of knowledge to have is that which is learned for its own

sake. It is also dedicated to my mother, who taught me that even the largest task can be

accomplished if it is done one step at a time. I also dedicate my work to my family and

my special friends, who offered me unconditional love and support throughout the course

of this thesis. It is also dedicated to my teachers and my colleges.

Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) who is forever a torch of guidance and knowledge for

humanity as a whole. I owe depth of gratitude to me affectionate parents and my sisters

who supported me morally and inspired me to the higher ideas of life. My gratitude also

my all those special friends who provided me any assistance in what so ever manner in

the preparation of this study.

I am especially thankful to our all honorable teachers who provide us guidance whenever

I feel some difficulty. There knowledge, approach and professionalism have always

inspired us and helped us understand, analyze and solve problems in a practical manner.

I am also very thankful to Balochistan University of Information Technology,

Engineering and Management Sciences who provide us a platform to polish our skills and

provide a quality of education in our door step. I would consider it as great honor and a

privilege to record my propound sense of gratitude to my supervisor Sir Jamal, for their

consistent inspiring, scholastic guidance and co-operation because with put their co-

operation it was not possible for me to complete this Internship Program. The completion

of this Internship Report is a result of hard work.

PREFACE:

During my 6 weeks internship at, Balochistan University of Information Technology

Engineering and Management Sciences I gained priceless knowledge, which I would not

have been able to get from anywhere else. In the beginning I got useful information about

the organization & its working structure. In the presentation process with the sharing of

knowledge I have been able to understand how things are done in the educational sector

of Pakistan. For these arrangements I would like to thank the training and development

department especially Mr. Saqib who helped me throughout my journey.

For the completion of this project I have gone through numerous Websites, personal

surveys, discussion with its working staff and of course the written material available.

Basically this report is based on the working process of Balochistan University of

Information Technology Engineering and Management Sciences, its strategic

management process and furthermore about performance of finance department along

with other departments and how they collaborate with each other.

Purpose of Study:

The main purpose of the study is to gather relevant information to compile

internship report On Balochistan University of Information Technology

Engineering and Management Sciences, an educational institute which is

providing Quality and Excellence in Education.

Another purpose of this Internship program is to learn and use the

management techniques acquired during the course, and find out the possible

solution of management problems faced by the organization.

To observe, analyze and interpret the relevant data in a useful manner.

To work practically in an organization and to develop interpersonal

communication.

Scope of Study:

As an internee my association with this company was being a part of the finance

Department. It was a great experience for me and it helped me in realizing where my

potential lies. What I learnt at Mobilink over the weeks was how to get along with the

people that I have to work with everyday, building confidence and improving my

skills. This internship has also prepared me for my future career in Sales, Finance and

Customer Relations so this internship has helped me a great deal. The experience has

taught me responsibility, teamwork and how to handle problems occurring. Even

though the nature of work was quite basic as an internee, nevertheless I got to

see what practical life is. This internship overall has been a great experience. This

report gives a profile of Mobilink and an insight into the finance department

where I was assigned to work. This report also reflects my learning and experiences

at Mobilink along with my responsibilities and the tasks that I performed. Last part of

the report consists of some recommendations and suggestions that I have given.
