~ -3-8. Incompletelineligible applications will be deemed invalid and rejected without intimation to thecandidate. Only the eligible candidates will be called for the written examination.

9. To reduce the number of candidates for written examination for one category of post, screening ofapplication will be carried out based on the percentage of marks obtained in the examination mandated asessential OR. No screening of application is required in case of physical test wherever required. Thecandidates who fail to qualify in the physical test (wherever applicable) shall not be permitted to undergowritten test. Skill test wherever applicable, will be conducted after written test and will be qualifying in naturewhich will also be counted for final merit. Short listing of candidates for interview shall be carried out basedon the performance in written exam and physical test/skill test (wherever applicable), No claim will beentertained for any injury which may occur during the physical test/skill test.

10, It is made clear that merely fulfilling the basic essential qualification requirements does not automaticallyentitle a person to be called for test/interview. The selection will be made strictly on the merit basis, Thedecision of appointing authority regarding selection/rejection will be final. It is also made clear that thenumbers of posts/vacancies are tentative and recruitment process can be cancelled/suspended/terminatedby the Commandant at any stage, due to administrative reasons. Besides informing the finally selectedcandidates by post the final result of the recruitment board will be prominently displayed at the College MainGate and notice boards for the information of the candidates.

11. The question papers of written test (objective type) will be in bilingual i.e. English & Hindi as under:-

12. REJECTION :- The following acts/omissions would render a candidate/application disqualified :-

(i) Furnishing of false, inaccurate or tempered information,(ii) Obtaining support for his candidature through unfair means.(iii) Impersonation by any other person,(iv) Making statements which are incorrect or false suppressing material information,(v) Resorting to any other irregular or improper means in .connection with his candidature for the
