2. Joining by filling the physical form available with a Distributor. He/she needs to feed the ID given on the
physical form manually.
Distributors, who will fill their registration form online and have either taken system generated ID or have used the

The same can be done by:
Taking a printout of the DAF from your e mail id.
After joining, the PDF file of DAF will be sent to Distributor’s email id registered with us. He/she can take a print
out of the same and can submit to Vestige office within 7 days of joining after his/her signature with KYC documents
(self-attested).
Another option is available on www.veston.in Distributors can also take a print out of the DAF and submit the same
after duly signing it to the Vestige office within 7 days of joining with KYC documents (self-attested).
If the Distributor is not carrying the print out/physical copy of DAF, then he/she has to confirm his/her Distributor ID
to our above said office. Office executives will take a print out of the joining form and handover to the Distributor for
his/her signature. After signature, the Distributor should submit print out of DAF to office executive with his/her
KYC document (self-attested copy of PAN or Aadhar card or Driving License, Voter ID).
• After submission of print out/ DAF our executive will verify the same in the system.
• In case of power failure/system not working/ internet issue/concerned person not available, etc., the person
present will hand over a receipt (bottom of DAF PDF /copy of DAF) to the Distributor as a proof of
submission of DAF.
• It will be the responsibility of the office executive to verify the DAF after the system starts working.
• After verification of DAF in the system an SMS will go to the Distributor saying “Congratulations ! Your
DAF has been verified and submitted”
In case of DAF submitted by a Distributor and the SMS is not received by him/her, within three days of submission,
or the Distributor does not see the updated DAF in their profile on the website, the Distributor must complain to us

where he/she had submitted the DAF.
Please note that if joining form as per the modes listed above is not submitted within 7 days of joining to the
locations mentioned, the Distributor’s ID will be terminated without sending any message to the Distributor and any
