The 2008 Mini-Reunion II was a huge success! This years theme, “Together Again” was truly appropriate. We had 45 Classmates and 20 Guests attend for a total of 65 people, that compares to a total of 47 for Mini- Reunion I in 2007. The Hilton Garden Inn O'Hare was a great new place with plenty of free parking. Everyone seemed to have a good time; and, as usual, there just wasn’t enough time to talk to, and catch up with, everyone. Hopefully, next year we all will have more time during the 50th when we have several days to visit instead of just a few hours. Even after Pat, Les, Fred, and I stayed up until 1 A.M. that night chatting at the Hotel until we had run out of things to share, laugh about, recall. It was a short night of sleep but WELL WORTH IT! Again, it was great just being with all of you. Already, I am looking forward to the next time we are “Together Again”! In the interim, stay healthily and happy as we press on with our plans for the 50th Anniversary Taft Reunion for September 24-27, 2009.
