Operating Your Spice Mills• Turn your spice mill upside down to start it working.• Adjust the top upper screw adjuster to grind your pepper corns or sea salt from �ne to course. Turn left for course, turn right

for �ne.

Notes• The machine may get stuck during use, please adjust the upper screw with counter-clockwise direction to unstick.• If machine doesn’t work, change your batteries (Alkaline battery recommended).• Always keep clean and avoid contact with water.• Batteries not included.• Pepper corns and sea salt not included.

Battery InstallationEach Mill requires 6 AAA batteries (not included)• Unscrew the upper cap in a counter-clockwise (left) direction and remove from body.• Fill 6 AAA batteries into the battery compartment (see image). The battery charges (+

or -) are marked on each battery slot. Insert batteries into the slots correctly matching the charge signs on the batteries to those on the slots.

• Put the upper cap back on the body and turn it in a clockwise direction until it clicks in place.

Fill The Spice Mills• Unscrew the lower part of transparent chamber in a counter-clockwise (left) direction

and remove it from the body.• Fill the pepper corns or sea salt into the chamber. Do not over �ll. Keep the pepper

corns or sea salt 80% full in the chamber as maximum limit.• Replace the chamber to the body and screw it to close.
