The central objecve of MINDSPACES is to create the tools and develop the soluons for adapve and inclusive spaces that dynamically adapt to emoonal, aesthecal and societal responses of end users, creang funconally and emoonally appealing architectural design.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s H2020 research and innovaon programme

Research ObjectivesDevelopment of State of the Art approaches for the analysis of EEG and physiological signal analysis for emoon recognion and behavior in the MindSpaces AR and VR immersive environments.Development of adapve 3D environments by measuring level of acvity and interacon in them through visual analysis of end users’ trajectories and acons.Online adaptaon of 3D environments based on responses of users of the MindSpaces immersive Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR)environments.Implementaon of novel methods for 3D reconstrucon of outdoors and indoors environmentsSemanc integraon of mulmodal sensor measurements for assessment of emoonal, cognive state.
Scientic &Technical ImpactMINDSPACES will deliver an innovave soluon for neuro-architecture, which will be integrated into exisng design systems and soware products that architects (i.e. Rhino-3D) and VR (i.e. NURO engine) designers are accustomed to.New methods for efficient extracon and categorizaon of digital art content.New methods for the development of dynamically adapve 3D-environments
