•By analysis is an anti-pattern, the state of overanalyzing (or overthinking) a situation so that a decision or action is never taken, in effect paralyzing the outcome. A decision can be treated as overcomplicated with too many detailed options so that a choice is never made rather than trying something and changing if a major problem arises. A person might be seeking the optimal or “perfect” solution up front and fear making any decision that could lead to erroneous results while on the way to a better solution. (Wiki)

Find A Mindset Accountability Partner

Here are some basic steps to

help you develop this habit:

• Stop what you are doing and/or thinking about • Ask yourself questions like these: • “Is what I am doing right now the best thing for me to do?” • “Why am I doing this if it’s not getting me where I want to be?”

• Take time out to identify mindset issue – journaling, meditating, going for a walk – whatever will help you dive into what you are thinking and where it came from (just make sure that this task isn’t one of your procrastination symptoms)
