Mind Body and SoulWhat is the unit about?

This unit is all about getting prepared for Year 11. The unit will be divided up into three parts: Mind, Body and Soul. In each part you will explore, discuss and reflect on ways to make this your most successful year at Wildern.

What will I be doing?

Mind: You will be exploring issues surrounding exam stress and mental health (e.g. Anxiety) as well as looking at how to revise effectively.

Body: You will be exploring how your wellbeing effects your ability to revise effectively and create a revision timetable.

Soul: You will be reflecting on what your long term goals are and how you will achieve them.
