• TAACCCT INTERFACE is the grant from DOL to help re-educate and re-train people.

• The Primary intent of the TAACCCT INTERFACE program is to meet the educational or career training needs of workers who have lost their jobs or are threatened with job loss as a result of foreign trade by funding the expansion and improvement of education and career training programs that are suited for these individuals.

• INTERFACE focuses on two components of IT: – 1) basic computer literacy skill development and

– 2) information technology-related career pathways that lead to family sustaining wages in high growth occupations.

Programs that can be completed in 1 semester:• Service Center Technician Certificate

• Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician Certificate

• Level 2- Service Center Technician Certificate (CompTIA Net+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, HDI)

• Advanced Technical Support -Apple (ACSP), Mobile Devices and Tablets (CompTIA Mobility+) Certificate
