The Military Voucher Program (MVP) is designed to offer a preliminary admissions review and advanced feedback on your candidacy to a W. P. Carey masters program of your choice. If accepted into the MVP, the W. P. Carey Graduate Admissions team will begin your ASU graduate online application and pay the ASU Graduate Education application fee on your behalf. This program is committed to working with U.S. service men and women, whether you are active duty, in reserve, or a veteran who has been honorably discharged within the past three years. What is required to apply to the MVP? Attached MVP application (including a copy of your current orders or DD214) Current professional resume GMAT or GRE scores (Unofficial test scores can be submitted for MVP consideration under the condition that ASU is one of your authorized schools and the official test scores are on the way.) What is the deadline to submit the MVP? Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. However, the final deadline is June 15th for fall programs and November 15th for spring programs. Following this date, MVP applications will be reviewed based on availability. To submit your MVP application, fill out all required fields, print and sign where indicated. Our goal is to provide the best advisement early in the application process, giving you the best chance for successful admission to our programs. To do this, your counselor must understand work history and education through your resume, eligibility for the voucher (copy of your orders) and your verbal and quantitative reasoning ability (GMAT or GRE). Do I need to submit other application materials in addition to what I have already supplied to the MVP? Yes, additional materials are required but can be submitted once you know the outcome of the application fee. Acceptance into the MVP is the first step to a smooth, successful application process. A Graduate Business application must be completed before an admission committee review takes place. A complete W. P. Carey Graduate Business MVP application includes: Acceptance into the MVP (with resume, current orders and GMAT score) Essay questions, which vary by masters program Official undergraduate transcripts Letter(s) of recommendation, which vary by masters program Once complete, your Graduate Business application will be reviewed by our Admission Committee for final decision.
