Are you are interested in sustainable gardening? Growing
you own food? Or mee�ng and learning with others? If YES
then Mildura Eco Village Community Garden needs you to
help it GROW!
What is the Community Garden?
The Community Garden is the heart and soul of the Mildura
Eco Village, a 4 hectare site next to the Mildura Landfill.
The Community Garden is a place where you, your family or
community group can;
• Grow fresh food with your own garden plot
• Volunteer your !me to help out at the garden
• Work with and learn from other people
• Develop new skills through hands on experience and
workshops
• Swap produce with others
• Prepare and eat the food you grow at events on site
• Be part of something unique in our community
Community Garden
• The Community Garden has 37 above ground plots fully
irrigated ranging in size.
⇒ “Single” Raised Bed (1m x 4m): $50/year
⇒ “Intermediate” Raised Bed (1.5 x 4m): $60/year
⇒ “Family” Raised Bed (2m x 4m): $75/year
• A number of on ground beds - rows fully irrigated. Cost
per row $60.00.
• The garden is operated using organic gardening
principles,
• In addi!on to the rental of garden plots, Community
Garden fees will also cover:
⇒ Garden mix top soil
⇒ Compost
⇒ Garden tools and supplies
• Workshops and hands on learning experiences will be
open to the whole community.

The Community Garden is located on Scherger Drive, at the
Mildura Eco Village.

• Read the Community Garden guidelines
• Pick your Garden Plot
• Grow fantas!c veggies for your family and friends
