The Radio Control (RC) is found the be the source of the problem and we
had to do something about it .
So, we start Coding and Coding and……….. Finally we made our
controller but again we needed something POWERFULL to send our signal
and we found the Solution

We needed a Routerboard to be able to
do following things:
Wireless Support (able to add more card)
Wireless Power output
Not heavy ( every gram count)

We needed something powerful and at the
same time high durable against harsh
environmental conditions and also NOT HEAVY

Swarming
Swarming was hard before We have been facing a lot of difficulties to implement
this feature because of the following reasons:
1. Integrity of the system was hard to setup and needed
a lot of engineering and coding
2. Protocol was some how proprietary( Not affordable
hardware )
Swarming is possible with
Mesh network
Mesh Network have some advantage
such as : Roaming, better coverage
and alternative links and etc.…
Since it is a Topology, it is possible to
make full bidirectional connectivity
between the nodes
HWMPlus
It is proprietary of MikroTik.
Better than RSTP (loop free routing)
It is applicable to not only WDS interface,
we can bring in the Ethernet interfaces as
well
HWMPlus (Reactive Routing)
Like Ad-hoc on demand Distant Vector
and all path are discovered, by flooding
path request(PREQ) message it is best to
use for mobile network
Advantage: Low Routing overhead
Disadvantage: Extra latency for route Discovery
HWMPlus (Proactive Routing) It is portal: basically the router has interfaces
to other network as well simultaneously.
Routes to portals will serve as a kind of default
route. If an internal router does not know path
to a particular destination, it will forward all
data to its closest portal.
Advantage: Low Latency
Disadvantage : high overhead High overhead to
maintain routing information, mainly when the topology
changes very consistently
Ok, What about the 2nd Problem? The Radio Control it self is not transferring the
flight control data in secure manner, therefore it is
susceptible to be hacked and may someone else
taking control of your drone to use it for malicious
purposes. So, before implementing encryption on
our data we had to find a way to secure our
signal and that was not possible without the help
of Management Frame Protection of Mikrotik.
Management Frame Protection Management frame protection means that RouterOS wireless device is
able to verify source of management frame and confirm that particular
frame is not malicious. This feature allows to withstand deauthentication
and disassociation attacks on RouterOS based wireless devices.

It was just the beginning We give farmers the ability to talk to each
other by implementing VOIP with help of
Mikrotik Meta-Router
And we even try to implement IP-Sec (ESP)
protocol to encrypt some of our important
information in transit in some scenarios.

Made For Mikrotik We are planning to produce our own radio controlled
devices and it is almost in its early stage of
development. But, we are doing our best to release the
1st version by Feb 2018
