O'CONNOR dated Dec.:::der 31, 1963, at Miami, Florida, captioned, "1= :1_71SY OSUALL, ka.; IS - R - COL," In that re7,e2:, ';Ivestigat.zon was set out reflecting that on or elJou,: Jovember 1, 1963, an un-identified male made remarks to a employee at the Parrot Jungle, a tourist attraction at Florida, which re- marks led the employee to believe the unknown r-Pla was acquainted with LEE HARVEY 0:7;:ALD. This unidentified male was said to have made reference ,;o President =_.7.D7, and "shooting between the eyes," and that he had a ltiend who was an American, a Marxist, and was a sharpshooter and could speak several langue3es, in.cluding Russia.-. The Parrot Jungle employee related diet the in one instance, referred to his friend by the name "LE:," and remarked that the friend was either in Texas or Mexico.

On March 6, 1934, Mrs. LILLIAN S2INGUTI, the Parrot Jungle employee who previously furnished he infor-mation concerning the afore-described unidentified male, contacted the Miami Office of the FEI to advise that the unidentified individual had returned to the Parrot Jungle on that date and was observed by her to drive a bl-,ze and white Chevrolet bear-it z; 1964 Florida license 1-143874. Mrs. SPINGLER said that Mrs. TYSON, who operates the ticket booth at the Parrot L-,;:n;;Is and speaks Spanish, as-certained that the unidentified male's name was 1:ARTINEZ.
