ACHIEVEMENTS Initially employed as an oilfield coordinator, after two months promoted to Group Workshop Manager. In

November 2009 became Fleet Manager, January 2013 Service Manager for the Group and in January 2014 Kenworth Dealership Manager and Manager of the new AMW Medium Truck Dealership

In 2013 sourced and implemented programs to carry out electronic diagnostic tests and troubleshoot major truck components saving several thousand dollars a year and creating an additional source of revenue.

Built and tooled an in-house facility, sourced a cheaper parts supplier out of the USA and trained technicians on repair and testing. Now supplying customers with a rebuilt unit in 50% less time at 25% less cost.

In 2012 introduced a computerised Fleet Maintenance and Planning system, cutting maintenance and servicing costs by 25%, decreased VOR (Vehicle Off Road) by 37% and increased vehicle availability to 95%

Set up the Paccar E Portal web access, ESA electronic diagnosis and the associated Allison, Cummins and Caterpillar systems

Developed the workshop infrastructure and training programs for the Kenworth dealership Implemented a Group Wide ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Implemented a Company Fleet

Maintenance and Management System. Initiated negotiations with major component suppliers Allison Transmissions and Cummins engines to

become first affiliated Dealerships in the Middle East. Designed and Implemented Training modules to assist in the transfer of highly technical knowledge to
