Dear Potential Sponsors, Merchants, Family and Friends,

On the behalf of the Midwest Finest Travel Basketball Club, I would like to thank you for considering our request for a donation

or sponsorship for our club. Midwest Finest basketball is an Indianapolis-area-based girl’s club basketball program with teams

including young ladies in the 5th through 11th grades, from schools all over the state.

Why We Need Your Help?

There are many elements that go into running a successful, high-level, non-profit girl's basketball program, and most of these

elements cost money. Tournament fees, uniforms, practice facilities rental, player and team insurance, even our website, all

have costs associated with them. Total costs for a successful year of operation with a full and active tournament schedule can

easily exceed $65,000 annually. It becomes problematic when we place the full brunt of these costs through player fees

completely on the player's parents, because in many cases, this will ultimately keep some players from participating and

benefiting from the program. Therefore, it is through the generosity of company sponsorships and individual donations like

yours that will allow us to keep player fees lower and permit those student/athletes who might not be able to participate

otherwise, ultimately be a part of the organization.

Why Midwest Finest Basketball?

Why should I contribute to this organization you ask? What makes Midwest Finest Basketball any better than the other 300 to

400 girl's travel basketball organizations around the country? It is like we state in our opening statement on our website’s

Home Page: "The first thing you will notice about the Midwest Finest Basketball program is that it is different." "It is unlike any

other club basketball or AAU program you've ever been associated with." These differences become immediately apparent

when perusing our website (www.finestbb.com) and reading the “Our Parent Testimonials” from our parents and family

members, see the differences in our overall goals and our overall approach by reading through our “Our Mission Statement”,

and see the experience and dedication of our coaches by reading the bios of “Our Coaching Staff”. All of these will define how

Midwest Finest Basketball is "different" and represent the reasons why Midwest Finest Basketball has been successful in the

development of young girls into young women, ready to face life’s challenges, all through their participation in our club.

What Do I Get for My Contribution?

Aside from the satisfaction you'll get from helping many young women student/athletes achieve their dreams of higher

education through their love and pursuit of basketball, and the unwavering gratitude of the coaches, our staff and all the many

parents and family members who support our players, you will receive the following recognition of your generosity:

"Layup" Level Participation - For a donation of $99 or less - You will have your name or names, along with a short

personal note toward a specific player or ITP team, displayed along with all other "Layup Level" participants.

"Jump shot" Level Participation - For a Company Sponsorship of $100 to $249 - You will get your company name and

company logo displayed along with all other "Jump shot Level" participants on our website.

"3-Point Shot" Level Participation - For a Company Sponsorship of $250 to $499 - You will get your company name

and company logo complete with a link to your own company website along with all other "3-Point Level" participants

on our website.

"Full Court Press" Level Participation - For a Company Sponsorship of $500 to $2,499 - You will receive your company

name and company logo on our sponsorship page with a link to your own company website, displayed along with all

other "Full Court Level" participants.

“Championship” Level Participation - For a Company Sponsorship of $2,500 and up - You will get a banner display ad

at the top of the Midwest Finest website "Home" page, which will link to an individual display page on our website

that includes a repeat of the display ad, a write-up touting the benefits of your business, including any testimonials

you can provide, plus a direct link to your own website. In addition, you will receive an Appreciation Award Plaque for

display in your business.
