In  the  first  photography  I  used  railroad  that  is  going  to  the  horizontal  line  or  one  point  

perspective.  First,  I  chose  this  scene  for  my  fist  song  verse,  which  is  “Somewhere  over  the  

rainbow  

Way  up  high”.  I  got  my  horizontal  line  almost  in  an  eye  level  because  we  do  not  know  how  this  

place  looks  like,  but  we  know  where  it  is.  Second,  our  path  to  this  place,  which  is  over  the  

rainbow,  is  almost  impossible,  and  in  this  photo  the  rail  road  and  rocks  on  the  ground  shows  

that    path  is  very  hard  to  walk.  

In  the  second  picture,  I  used  the  bed  with  yellow  pillow,  golden  clock  with  fancy  toy  on  it,  and  

all  kind  of  costumes.  In  the  second  verse,  “And  the  dreams  that  you  dreamed  of  

Once  in  a  lullaby”,  I  wanted  to  create  our  childhood,  where  we  wanted  to  be  someone  like  

astronaut,  diplomat,  sportsman  or  professor.    We  see  that  little  toy  on  a  clock,  that  represents  

childhood,  and  a  golden  clock,  which  tells  us  that  almost  everyone  misses  his  golden  childhood.    

We  cannot  see  time  very  well  because  its  hard  to  remember  when  we  were  kids.  On  a  

background  we  see  clothes,  which  represent  what  kind  of  person  one  dreams  to  be  in  a  future.  

Angle  is  low  to  give  to  this  time  of  our  life  more  importance  

In  the  third  picture  we  see  church.    Third  verse  says  “Somewhere  over  the  rainbow  

Blue  birds  fly”.  People  usually    see  church  as  place  that  can  bring  you  to  the  peace  and  heaven.  

And  heaven  is  far  far  far  away.  We  can  see  that  brightness  on  the  background  of  the  church.  

And  tree  that  represents  life,  or  human  is  bright  too.  

The  fourth  picture  shows  us  monkey  toy  on  a  cloth.  In  fourth  verse  “And  the  dreams  that  you  

dreamed  of  Dreams  really  do  come  true  ooh  ooooh”,  we  see  that  it  says  that  dreams  come  

true.  I  wanted  to  show  one  particular  case  where  kid,  who  wanted  to  diplomat  or  

businessman,  chose  the  suit.  Suit  represents  persons  status,  job  and  position.  Angle  of  this  

shot  is  low.  It  shows  importance  of  this  dream.  If  we  look  more  carefully,  we  can  see  books  on  

the  background.  It  shows  what  he  needed  to  achieve  success  

In  my  last  photo,  I  used  verse  “Someday  I'll  wish  upon  a  star  wake  up  where  the  clouds  are  far  

behind  me  ee  ee  eeh”.    Where  guy  is  sitting  on  this  rail  road  and  looking  far  away,  and  clouds  

of  sorrow  are  behind  him,  and  he  is  happy.  Background  is  open  and  blue,  guy  is  wearing  blue  

clothes,  that  tell  us  that  everything  is  okay.  We  see  his  reflection  on  railroad,  so  he  is  close  to  

the  camera  too.

As inspiration I used visual aesthetic from the movie The Wizard of Oz made in 1939

by Victor Fleming. This movie is about people or creations that had dreams. And in

the end of the movie, all of them achieve what they wanted to be.
