Key Responsibilities: Provide full administration of the County FA Coach Education Programme. Organise Educational Courses and Workshops as identified in the County FA Strategy to support the LRCFA Coach Education Programme and FA
Licensed Coaches Club Lead the FA Mentoring Programme co-ordination with clubs in Leicestershire. Deal with telephone and email enquiries from Candidates, Clubs, Leagues, Schools, Tutors and Key Partners.

Liaise with Key Partners within the Coach Education Programme locally and nationally, including FA Staff, FA Learning & Further Education Colleges. Establish and maintain databases for all aspects of the Coach Education Programme. Support budget holders to monitor and manage budgets effectively. Use modern and effective marketing and communication methods to raise awareness of the Coach Education Programme.
