A squirrel has an unfortunate run in with a vacuum cleaner. After Flora revives him, and names him Ulysses, she notices the squirrel is far from ordinary. He can fly, he’s remarkably strong, and he writes poetry. Jack thought he was an ordinary kid until he’s kidnapped and taken to a mysterious island. He finds out that he’s going to die unless he finds seven mystical relics that haven’t been seen in thousands of years. Twelve lucky children win spots to spend all night playing games at the new town library, designed by the most famous gamemaker in the world, Luigi Lemoncello. Kyle is one of the lucky winners. When the party is over the library doors remain locked. Kyle and eleven other kids must solve clues and puzzles to find their way out. Georgia is smart and hopes to be successful in middle school. Her hopes are dashed when her brother’s rabble rouser reputation precedes her and everyone expects her to be as unruly. Willow is a genius at many things, but fitting in is not one of her strengths. When her parents are killed in a car accident Willow must learn to find her place and adopts a makeshift family along the way. Inventions made by a massive corporation are actually thought up by monster-like creatures. Eliot’s uncle invites him and his friend Leslie for a tour and things go terribly wrong. It’s up to Eliot and Leslie to come up with a brilliant invention or the company will suffer a hostile takeover. Nick Thrasher is a seasoned Inuit hunter, even though he’s only fifteen. On a rafting trip with his half-brother, a famous wildlife photographer who is investigating climate change, things quickly go terribly wrong. The brothers are left to defend their lives against the elements, and the fearsome polar bear and grizzly cross known as the grolar bear. The Viking apocalypse, Ragnorak, is coming. Only the gods can stop it, but they’re all dead. It’s up to the thirteen year old descendant of Thor to stop the end of the world by fighting trolls, wolves, and serpents. The first four waves of the alien invasion wipe out nearly the entire population of planet earth. Cassie survived and is now on her own. She has one goal – rescue her little brother – and to do that she must trust the help of an unlikely ally.

Adam is fifteen and belongs to a support group to help him manage his obsessive compulsive disorder. A new girl, Robyn, joins the group and Adam quickly falls for her. Their relationship blooms amidst the chaos of Adam’s family life.

After his mother’s death Jack is sent to a boarding school in Maine. He befriends an outcast named Early who has an interest in tales of the Great Appalachian Bear, and a love of the number pi. The boys find themselves on an unexpected adventure to find the bear and have many unusual encounters along the way.

Secluded beach town the summer before college is eventful for Emaline. She breaks up with her boyfriend, deals with family issues, and prepares for her future.

After a vicious vampire attack leaves most of her friends dead, Tana’s ex-boyfriend is infected and nearly kills her before she’s rescued by a mysterious fellow named Gavriel. The only way to save both guys is to make it to Coldtown and then somehow make it out again.
