Middle East Rail is the region's longest running and most successful railways event. For almost a decade we have helped shape the regional rail market through sharing knowledge, educating the market and facilitating influential meetings.

As Middle East Rail enters its 10th successful year, it now welcomes over 9000 attendees and takes up over 18,000 sqm at the Dubai Exhibition and Convention Centre in the UAE. It has grown to become Middle East and North Africa’s most important and best supported railways conference and exhibition.

This year marks the third year in our partnership with the Federal Transport Authority – Land & Maritime to create a truly world class transport and logistics conference and exhibition for the region. Our mission is to create a forum for industry practitioners to come and learn how to develop safe, sustainable, smart and world class transportation projects throughout the Arab world.

Some of the highlights for the 2016 edition includes visiting ministries and rail operators from across the Middle East and North Africa. From Morocco to Saudi Arabia, we welcome transport ministries, rail operators and contractors to discuss the development of passenger and freight rail projects alike. We also showcase a Cargo zone at the exhibition, focusing on how businesses can best utilize the multimodal infrastructure in the region.

The UAE is innovating to become a global leader in transportation projects and position itself as a global logistics hub. From our involvement in the GCC rail network, to new tram and passenger projects, our eyes are firmly fixed towards building a world class industry and showcasing our developments at Expo 2020, where one of the key theme’s will be the future of mobility.
