Midas Live is a web-based, real-time clinical surveillance tool that enables hospitals to meet the Clinical Quality Measure (CQM) reporting requirements of CMS EHR Meaningful Use (MU) Reporting Program, CMS Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (HIQR) Program, and The Joint Commission’s ORYX® Quality Initiative Program.

EHR Meaningful Use Program

Our CQM functions give clients the ability to meet the Meaningful Use criteria to calculate and submit CQM data, while also helping them understand measure rates, identify gaps in data capture and transmission, and track performance at the patient level.

HIQR Program

CMS has mandated hospitals must submit 8 chart-abstracted measures to meet the IQR Program requirement for Calendar Year (CY) 2017/Fiscal Year (FY) 2018. In addition to the chart-abstracted measure requirements, an eligible hospital is required to submit a minimum of any 8 of the available 15 electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs).

The Joint Commission ORYX Program

Midas Live is an approved ORYX eCQM vendor. For 2017, hospitals have the option to use a vendor for submission of data on 6 of 13 available eCQMs to receive/retain accreditation.
