AIESEC in SIM Executive Board 14/15 Application

Page 2: Mid Term EB 14 15 application

Dear candidate, The EB 14/15 team is dedicated to make AIESEC in SIM better than the previous generations and more importantly to groom people capable of taking AIESEC in SIM to even greater heights than us. Our mission is simple, to be the best LC in the region. We are a generation of brave and ambitious people and in order to reach our optimal potential, we need more people to lead this LC of ours. Some of the actions that shows our commitment and being brave are; taking on a full time LCP role, Nash will follow suit after his exams in November. Rhea have been working on oGIP as a relative new program in SIM which have been showing great results. If you want to lead the LC together with us to achieve remarkable results during your university life, now is the time to join us. Every role offers different learning, different experiences and different challenges. Yet of all the roles, the role of an EB member is perhaps the most fulfilling and most challenging. A role that offers one a learning journey with an unmatched scope and capacity to mold the next generation of leaders. A role that can, in effect, offer you a multitude of experiences all within its scope. Will you take up the mantle and lead our LC to realize its potential and create history together? The journey will not be easy. There will be a lot of time commitment, living in ambiguity, learning to develop a team from new to performing, solving crisis, etc. But then again, nothing good in life comes easy. If you can go through this successfully, you will definitely do well in life. The best is yet to be, Fonsey Foo On behalf of Executive Board 14/15 AIESEC in SIM
