Anthony Markus, HM, at Chicago’s St. Casimir Cemetery. About one hundred Knights of Lithuania members and friends from the Mid-America, Mid- Central, and New England Districts gathered in the cemetery chapel for the start of our dedication service. After prayers all processed to the shrine site while singing Marian Hymns. Once at the shrine Fr. Tony gave an explanation of all the images depicted on the shrine. The shrine was then blessed and the service concluded with the singing of Faustas Strolia, HM’s Hymn to Our Lady of Šiluva. A luncheon was then held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Alsip, IL. We wish to thank everyone who attended and especially all those that made this day a reality.
