Ready to try Windows Intune?Here are a few tips to get you started with this powerful, easy-to-use, and cost-effective way to manage your business infrastructure.

Click on the “Free Trial” button.

Complete the required fields to create your profile and sign up for your 30 day trial of Windows Intune. No Promotional Code is necessary.

The required “Subscription Identifier” field is a descriptor, such as your company name or general label, that you would like to appear on your Windows Intune invoices should you choose to purchase the service upon completion of your trial. Since Windows Intune is registered under your WindowsLive ID, the Subscription Identifier does not need to be unique from other users and is for your internal use only.

Sign up for the free trial using a WindowsLive ID. If you don’t have a WindowsLive ID, you will have the option to create one.

After completing the registration page and pressing “Accept”, you will see the confirmation page below. Within minutes, you will receive an email invitation with additional information to begin your free trial.

Please note: if you are an Enterprise Agreement customer, you cannot convert your trial to a paid service. Signing Up for Your 30-day Free Trial:

Windows Intune™

If you are in the midst of an existing trial, sign in with your Windows Live ID, go to your account and select “Buy”. During the purchase process, be sure to confirm the number of licenses that you require; the system default is set to 25.

If you did not participate in a trial and are interested in purchasing Windows Intune, create a new Windows Live ID or sign in with an existing Windows Live ID to be associated with your Windows Intune subscription. You will then need to create a profile by adding contact, company and address information.

Are you working with a Partner? During the checkout process, you will be given the option to input your Partner of Record’s name. The Partner ID for accomtec is 1425226. Please contact accomtec at 407-756-1170 or email sales@accomtec.com if you need any assistance.

Step 1: In order to allow the Partner to manage your subscription, you will need to add them as a Service Administrator. Select “Edit service details” and click the “Go” button.

Step 2: Confirm your Subscription Identifier and click “Next”.

Step 3: Enter your Service Administrator details. Once you click “Next”, you will receive a Summary page confirming your updated information, and the option to either return to the previous screen to make edits or “Finish” your registration.

If you do not purchase Windows Intune after your free 30-day trial and would like to purchase Windows Intune at a later date, you will be required to create a new Windows Live ID and unable to use the ID from your expired trial period.
