Delivery Optimization in Network Cache – Renamed:

In order to see Team Chat within the console, you have to enable this at the site properties

So that is all about TP1911 and the new branding name for System Center Configuration Manager aka

Current Branch will be called as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
