The MM200 Duplex Pump Set is designed for reliable low volume fuel transfer in emergency power systems at critical facilities. Its innovative compact design has a minimal footprint while delivering 1 to 10 GPM (4 to 40 LPM) of fuel to serve emergency generators and boilers.

The units are designed for direct integration into generator control and monitoring systems for CAT, Cummins, MTU, FG Wilson and other generator suppliers.

MM300 MicroFlowFilter Polisher Filtration / Polishing has become an

important aspect of emergency power reliability: critical facilities store increasing amounts of fuel onsite to assure continuity of operation and this fuel has low turnover in operation.

• as diesel fuel ages, particulates form which can increase the wear on generator engine parts

• fuel storage tanks accumulate water through vapor condensation and this water can encourage bacterial growth

• newer diesel engines with improved emissions technology require higher purity fuel to prolong engine life.

The MM300 Filter Polisher is designed for reliable filtration – polishing of generator day tanks, sub-base tanks, belly tanks, and limited volume bulk storage tanks.

MM500 MicroFlowGen Tank Refill

The MM550 Gen Tank Refill Kits are used with generator sub-base tanks, belly tanks to perform reliable and safe re-fill functions from remote fuel sources.

The units are designed for direct integration into generator control and monitoring systems for CAT, Cummins, MTU, FG Wilson and other generator suppliers.

Sub-base tank refill kits include: • MicroPlex Controller • Fluid level sensors • Inlet flow control valves and accessories • Return flow pump and controller

MM900 MicroFlowIntegrated Solution

MM900 Integrated Solution is designed to provide a single module for all fuel management functions of generator day tanks, sub-base tanks, belly tanks, and limited volume bulk storage tanks.

The system performs the following functions, or only a subset of them to suit the application.

1. Receipt of fuel to generator tanks.

2. Recirculation and filtration / polishing of stored fuel.

3. Refill of generator tanks from remote fuel tanks.

4. Return flow of fuel to bulk storage tanks for overfill protection and or testing.
