Thinking Academy

Micro-Reality is a mind development technique that studies and dissects problems and challenges with a view to provide new, customized and dynamic solutions.

Our key model for Micro-Reality is SIMULATION. Embedded in our simulation processes are key strategies like observation, analysis, application, synthesis, evaluation, hybridization, prediction and deconstruction.

Our major activity is THINKING, hence, the Thinking Academy. Thinking here encompasses the science and art of thinking. At the Micro-Reality Thinking Academy, we do not guide you on 'what to think' rather our emphasis is on 'how to think'. We expect that you optimize your current

Our classes are practical; the entire sessions are usually characterized with work flows for the entire class, table and participants. At the end of each Contact session, participants would have discovered new thinking formula and also harvest the theories behind the formula. That way, they are armed with a Thinking App which can be applied to their life styles, businesses, brands, products and projects.

It is based on this fact that we have consistently created new models of thinking using integrative thinking strategies. In our Academy, we do not burden you with thinking theories, strategies and philosophies, no! Instead we simplify complex thinking methods and patterns into Thinking Apps.

To build and expand your thinking capabilities, you need a specific routine which will build your brain cells/neurons to perform better and faster in view of achieving maximum productivity. This is why our Thinking Apps is designed with specific intent.

Because we employ the Adaptive Intelligence principles, our thinking Apps are ever new and dynamic until such a t i m e t h a t n a t u r e r u n s o u t o f s e c r e t s .

Our Apps do not place emphasis on ‘what to think’, but on HOW to maximize that knowledge per time. For us, the Thinking Application (Apps) is to the brain what the gym is to the body.

60 Seconds Thinking App is a dynamic thinking model that focuses on thinking fast in the face of problems and challenges that are time bound. This thinking app guides you on how to simulate strategic models that will come in handy during moments of crises. The model allows you to identify and store your outward fears, inward fears, strengths, targets and bullet in other to execute the right action all within 60 seconds.

This is another unique and very dynamic thinking app. This model is known as The SPAtial NavIgation Simulation (SPANIS Web), is an integrative effort of different thinking strategies. It is best used for planning; both short and long term simultaneously. The advanced format is known as the SPANIS MAP, a perfect visual tool for hosting and mapping out ideas, innovations and inventions.

Simulator:

The first concern of Micro-Reality is the position of the Simulator. The Simulator (the resource person guiding the Micro-Reality experience) must not stand on a podium, rather, he/she should seat/stand at the middle. This is because he/she is the gravitational pull of thoughts and ideas. So he/she must not be seen standing apart. He/she is involved and where else does involvement begin if not at the very centre.

Because it is a collective effort, participants must sit around/cluster around tables which must be arranged in circular patterns. This in itself creates a sense of involvement and collectivity. It also allows for a broad range of interaction which in turn inspires a form of engagement that is free, frank and fair.

Collective Cluster:

Executive and Emotional Intelligence and conflict management will bring a much needed clarity to the platform; this is why we advise participants to extend their experiences towards these incidences.

1. This is where we unveil new thinking apps, hence, participants of our quarterly sessions are usually the first to have access to the apps before its release. This contact is a one-day session and comes up at the end of every quarter, open for a specific number of people (cost of registration varies). Attendance is open to CEOs, Executive Directors, Creative Artistes, Career Professionals, Students, etc.
