Head

A

Inflate a black 160, leaving 4" uninflated. Make a 1" pinch twist, followed by a 1 " bubble, then a 4" loop twist

B

Make a 1" pinch twist, a 1" bubble, then another 1" pinch twist.

C

Make a 4" loop twist, then a 1 " bubble. Attach the end of the bubble back to the first pinch twist. Insert the 1" pinch twists from Step B into the adjacent loop twists for the ears.

D

Inflate a white 160 at least 5". Twist two 1 " bubbles for the eyes and lock them together. Twist the ends firmly back to the pinch twist from Step A. Cut and tie off the extra balloon.

E

Take a scrap on black balloon and wrap one end around an ear. Pull the black scrap between the top of the eyes.

F

Pull the black scrap to the second ear, pulling the top of the eyes tight to the head. Wrap the scrap tight to the second ear. Cut off any extra scrap.

G

Inflate a blush 160 at least 15". Wrap the nozzle firmly to the base of the head. Twist two 3 " loop twists for the cheeks and a soft 3 " loop twist for the bottom jaw.

H

Twist two 1 " bubbles for the upper mouth. Wrap the end of the second bubble back to the base of the face. Cut and tie the extra balloon.

I

Inflate a 3/4" bubble at the end of a black 160. Pull the nozzle through the upper mouth until the bubble rests firmly on the mouth, just back from the end of the mouth. Cut off the extra nozzle.

Body and Legs

J

Take the rest of the balloon form the head and twist a 2" bubble for the neck, followed by a 1" pinch twist. Cut and tie the extra balloon.

Inflate 10" of a black 160. Attach the nozzle to the pinch twist from Step J. Make a 2 " bubble, followed by a 3" bubble, a 1" bubble, and another 3" bubble. Attach the end of the chain back to the beginning of the first 3" bubble. Pinch twist the 1" bubble.

Hands and Arms

L

Inflate a black 160 at least 5". Twist a 4" bubble. Tie the end of the bubble and cut off the extra balloon. Inflate a white 160 at least 7" and tie the nozzle to one of the ends of the black balloon.

M

With the white balloon, twist two 3/4" pinch twists. Twist a 3 " loop twist, then a 1" bubble. Cut and tie off the extra white balloon.

Inflate a white 160 at least 7 and tie the nozzle to the second end of the black 160 from Step L. Repeat Step M.

O

Twist the 4" black bubble from Step L in half and attach this twist to the pinch twist from Step J.

Feet

P

Inflate a standard yellow 160 at least 15". Twist a soft 2" bubble, followed by two 5 " loop twists. Twist another soft 2" bubble. Cut and tie the extra balloon.

Q

Force the 2" bubbles so each one rests inside a loop twist. Attach the poin between the loop twists to the pinch twist from Step K.

Shorts

R

Inflate a red 160 at least 20". Create a 1" pinch twist. Pull the balloon around the body between the arms and legs and attach the balloon to the pinch twist.

S

Twist a " bubble, then repeat Step R. Cut and tie the extra balloon. Rotate the shorts until the pinch twists are at the back of the figure.

T

Inflate a yellow 160 at least 3". Make a shallow tulip twist in the yellow. Cut off the yellow, leaving a lengthy scrap attached to the tulip twist. Tie the balloon tight to the tulip twist. Repeat this Step with another yellow 160.

U

Attach the yellow balloons to one of the pinch twists in the shorts 1 " back from the tulip twists.

V

Pull the tulip twists to the front of the shorts, one from each side. Wrap the tulip twists around each other and set them into position.

W

Twist a " bubble in the tail and attach the twist to the bottom pinch twist in the shorts.
