Janelle Blickensderfer, DO, FACOOG Dr. Janelle Blickensderfer was born in Hudson, Michigan. She graduated from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan and earned her medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. She completed her residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Dr. Blickensderfer is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her special interests include general OB/ GYN, minimally invasive gynecological surgery including the DaVinci Robot, peri-menopausal management and reproductive health. Dr. Blickensderfer has been practicing OB/GYN in the South Bend area since 1992. She is married with three children and enjoys knitting, running and traveling. Allen Clark, MD Dr. Allen Clark was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois. He attended college at University of Illinois where he obtained a bachelors of science degree and a love for the Fighting Illini. He then moved to Chicago and obtained his medical degree at the University of Illinois of Chicago. He completed his residency training at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center just a few blocks south of Wrigley Field—resisting any temptation to become a Cubs fan. Aſter 8 years in Chicago and 30 years in the state, Dr. Clark decided to leave Illinois, and feels extremely fortunate to join Michiana Obstetrics and Gynecology. His clinical interests focus on minimally invasive surgery, Da Vinci robotics, and urogynecology. Outside of work he enjoys losing 5K and 10K races to his wife Erin, celebrating the loss by trying new places to eat, building computers, and watching movies. and OUR PHYSICIANS Daniel F. Czarnecki, MD Dr. Daniel Czarnecki is one of five children who grew up in the Detroit area. His studies have taken him around the Midwest. He graduated from Denison University with a BS in biology and then subsequently attended the Ohio State University College of Medicine where he received his MD. He completed his OB/GYN training at Washington University in St. Louis and then became the newest member of our practice in 2011. He became an OB/GYN to improve and maintain the health of mothers, both current and future. His interests include high-risk OB, minimally invasive laproscopic gynecological surgery including DaVinci robot procedures and fundamental gynecological care. In his free time, he enjoys spending his days outdoors and supporting his wife as she pursues a career in opera. Dyna M Ingram, MD Dr. Dayna Ingram was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. She graduated from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and earned her medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Ingram proudly joined the practice in May 2013. While being interested in all aspects of women’s health, she is especially interested in high risk OB, minimally invasive gynecological procedures including the DaVinci robotic procedures and reproductive health. She has also had the pleasure to work internationally in Africa which she plans to continue in the future. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, running, traveling, and cooking. Douglas MacGregor, DO, FACOOGDr. MacGregor graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign before going on to medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the Chicago Osteopathic Medical Center

and is board certi� ed in Obstetrics and Gynecology. His special interests professionally are minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, infertility, and high risk obstetrics. He is a second generation OB/GYN having joined his father in 1980. A native of South Bend, Dr. MacGregor is married with two children and three grandchildren. His outside interests include family, golf, cooking, and general leisure activities.

Etta Nevel, MD, FACOGDr. Etta Nevel was born in West Chester, Pennsylvania and grew up in the Chicago area. She graduated from Earlham College in Richmond, IN and went to Medical School at Indiana University.She spent one year in South Bend in the St. Joseph Hospital Family Medicine

residency Program then changed her � eld of study to Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. She is board certi� ed in OB/GYN.Dr. Nevel joined the practice in 1981. She has enjoyed being a part of this practice and a member of the South Bend community. She has served on several community boards and is presently on the Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees and is President of the Memorial Hospital Medical Sta� . She is interested in all aspects of women’s health.Dr. Nevel has raised two children–a daughter who is married and living in Chicago and a son who is currently � nishing his medical school training and starting his medical residency.Dr. Nevel’s interests include international travel where she has begun some volunteer work in Kenya, running, tennis and reading.

Michiana Obstetrics Gynecology& Raj Vito Shah, MD, FACOGRaj Vito Shah, MD came to the Michiana area in 2001. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Dr. Shah has a unique background with his mother Italian and father Indian. A� er years of good eating, he le� home and graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana

with a biology degree. A� er college, Dr. Shah subsequently attended the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. During his years at Loyola, Dr. Shah met his wife and both went on to complete their OB/GYN residency in Chicago. A� er completing his residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, they moved to the Michiana area. Dr. Shah has special interests in complicated pregnancy, obstetrical and gynecological ultrasound, robotic and minimally invasive surgery and treatment of incontinence. When away from the o� ce, he enjoys playing as well as coaching sports (hockey, baseball, so� ball) for his children and traveling with his family.

Sloan S. Shah, MD, FACOGDr. Sloan Shah moved to the South Bend area to join our practice in 2001 a� er completing her training at Rush University in Chicago. She is originally from northwest Illinois, growing up in Sycamore. Dr. Shah graduated from Northern Illinois

University, where she received her undergraduate degree in biology, before attending medical school at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago.Dr. Shah is married to Dr. Raj Shah and has two children. Her practice encompasses all aspects of OB/GYN, but she has great interest in adolescent gynecology, hormonal disorders, the menopause transition, and minimally invasive surgery, including the DaVinci Robotic procedures.When not seeing patients, Dr. Shah enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Her hobbies include exercise, yoga, reading and gardening.
