DOG TRAINING

Trained people’s dogs for them.
A boxer and German Shepard both earned the CGC (Canine Good Citizen) and trained them to be therapy dogs
Now training a deaf boxer to be a therapy dog.
ETAC – ESCONDIDO TEEN ADVISORY COUNCIL
Summer/1999 to Summer/2007
Club member/ President of an off campus club held at the local library.
Provided teens a way to gain interest in the library and reading, it also helped keep them out of trouble.
President at 13, for 8 years, recruited members, managed events some with 200 plus people.
Marketed and promoted all events, thus exposed events to their full potential.
Orchestrated events from food contest to video game contest.
All events done a balanced budget, some less than $300, which included prizes and food.

Started in home department then went wherever the needed my help. I mostly stayed in fashion accessory and fashion jewelry because I was good at keeping it cleaned.

COMMUNICATION For ETAC I had to go before the board of directors and explain to them why some of the events got so big. I also had to ask to increases the budget for some of the events, especially when we started holding 2 events in the same day.
In girl scouts taught younger girls the basis of being a good person and being true to themselves. Helped them learn the basic of being a good communicator.

LEADERSHIP I became president at the age of 13, which was forced on to me. I took it and turn the membership form an average of 3 to an average of 15. I also agreed to supervise an event with 200 plus teens and do it 4 times a year. It took a lot patience to oversee 200 plus teens and 13 club members took make sure nothing goes wrong.
Co-leader in the daisy troop until the parents where trained and ready to take over then, the troop was transferred over them. As an assistant leader I was earning a leadership patch and helping my sisters troop that her elementary school wanted to be held there.
