• It all started in 2004 when Michelle Romero spilled on her favorite handbag.

• She wished that she could just change the outside of the bag without transferring the contents.

• The Idea of a Bag with changeable covers popped into her mind.

• She then made the very first prototype with super glue and stained fabric.

• Michelle then set out on a mission to bring life to Miche Bag.

Journey Together• Michelle showed the prototype to Annette Cavaness,

who immediately loved the idea.• Annette an accessories buyer worked with Michelle

on developing the business plan and product perfection.

• In April 2005 they started the process and formed Miche Bag LLC.

• And the name “Miche” was suggested after the nickname Michelle’s mother-in-law gave her.

• Today Miche is a rapidly growing international business.
