INNOVATION, EXPERIENCE, SMART MARKETING

CLIMB REAL ESTATE

Founded in 2010, Climb Real Estate is an innovative full-service residential real estate brokerage that leverages the latest technology to serve clients in emerging, established, and luxury neighborhoods in San Francisco and around the Bay Area. Climb offers a complete digital experience, including an extensive mobile-friendly website, social media presence, and mobile connection with agents that streamlines the buying and selling processes. Agents also connect face-to-face with clients in their neighborhoods via the Climb Airstream, a uniquely mobile real estate office. We are

continuously rethinking the traditional home buying and selling experiences to better serve clients and close sales. Chris Lim, Mark Choey, and Tiffany Combs founded Climb with a focus on new condo developments in the SOMA/South Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. In just five years, the brokerage has grown to 100 agents working in five offices and throughout the Bay Area. According to the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Climb ranked #7 in the city for residential property sales in 2014, and is on track to do close to $1 billion in sales in 2015, making it among the fastest-growing residential real estate brokerages in San Francisco.

When you are selling your home, all it takes is one buyer. So while marketing, global reach, and brand are important, the single most important is this—we know the buyer of your home because we’ve worked with them before.

Chances are we either sold them their first home, sold a house to their tech start-up colleague, or they’ve rented their first apartment with our leasing department. Whether you are selling your home in Noe Valley, flat in Cole Valley, or 2-unit building in the Inner Sunset, we know the buyer of your home and they know us.

WE KNOW YOUR BUYER

We represent a wide variety of buyers relocating to and moving within San Francisco. While our buyers work in all fields including medical, banking, finance, health care, and fashion, we have a focus on technology. With our strong SEO, websites, and blog presence, Climb knows how to work with and speak to home buyers working in technology. From CEOs to Product Managers, Senior Programmers to System Architects, IT Directors to Database Administrators, we know tech.

Professionally designed and meticulously crafted property statements are created to the highest graphic standards to meet the specific needs of each client and property.

We purchase four spreads in the Real Estate Times Magazine, a widely distributed print publication with further advertising on more than 14 websites. PRICING YOUR PROPERTY

Your property is unique. In order to price your property effectively, we work diligently on your behalf to:

• Consider the unique qualities of your property • Compare that property to others that are on the market and those that have recently sold • Analyze and establish the price range that will produce the most qualified buyers • Establish your property’s fair market value in relation to current conditions

It is essential to price your property correctly as it comes to market. Overpricing your property can pose significant challenges. We have also used an off-market period to test pricing; this method has been very effective in the right circumstances.

CLIENT REVIEWS

“It was great working with Michael. He listened to my constantly changing ideas, first I wanted to live only in SF, the next day I wanted live in Berkley or Oakland. He listened carefully and did an outstanding job to accommodate my requests. Michael worked with me to become a homeowner and get my dream home!!!!I would highly recommend Michael. He is also the best-

dressed real estate agent I know:)” – INNA V.

“I met Michael through a referral and I could not be more pleased. I am in the process of relocating from Los Angeles to San Francisco and, was looking for an experienced professional to walk me through the process of buying in the Bay area. Michael, from the beginning, was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt in his communication. He knows the city and was extremely helpful with understanding my needs and finding properties that I loved! If you are looking to buy

your first place in San Francisco, call Michael..” – CHRIS B.

“Michael has been everything one wants in a real estate agent: prompt, positive and punctual. He is great at listening to my list of wants and needs and then presenting to me various opportunities to fit those criteria. He found me a great property and then negotiated tirelessly to get the

deal done. Highly recommended!” –DANIEL L.

“We recently listed (and more importantly sold) our 1-bedroom SOMA loft with agents from Climb Real Estate. We likely interviewed half of the agents in San Francisco and we ultimately chose them for a few key reasons:

1) They were very well referenced 2) They had considerable experience and examples of getting top dollar for SOMA properties 3) They were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive 4) Because of the online and offline marketing presence of Climb Real Estate.

Ultimately, we were on the market for approximately 60 days, never had a price reduction and were able to get multiple strong offers competing against each other to get us the price we wanted.

My wife and I would highly recommend Climb Real Estate.” – JOSHUA J.
