▌ All members of the group are welcome to express opinions

▌ All opinions are equally addressed in a respectful manner by the group

▌ All members agree with the outcomes of the group and state clearly the divergences of opinion (« agree on disagreements »)

▌ Groups are organized and deliverable oriented

▌ Groups are not left alone in the wild

1. Discuss, exchange, criticize, amend, append, question, challenge the draft reportEsp. its relevance and use for various audiences (member states, operators, regulators, TSOs, etc.)

2. Apply the « KISS » method Keep it as simple as you canRaw criticism is okay, but proposed solutions are even betterTry to chase for cases where the document doesn’t correctly addresse a known issue3.
