Tight spaces force players to make quick decisions in possession.
Small distances allows for interchanges in position and quick combination play through overlaps and one-twos.
Four red players must defend their goal against the four blue attackers.
The blue attackers are helped by the two yellow wide players who come off the line to disrupt the red teams defence and encourage forwards runs on the outside.
