Definition: The use of biochemical weapons to promote fear and chaos.

Quote: “Unless the world community acts decisively and with great urgency, its most likely that a weapon of mass destruction will be used in a terrorist attack by the end of 2013”.

Statistic: The government is much more focused on a nuclear attack then a biochemical attack. This greatly increases the chances of a terrorist to get a hold of and use a biochemical weapon.

They can be produced anywhere with the right equipment.

Terrorists are mainly found trying to obtain a biochemical weapon in the middle east.

In WWII, the US was one of the greatest manufactures of biochemical weapons. For we used grenades filled with toxins to kill our foes.

Now there is a ban on the use of biochemical weapons but some places still illegally create them.

Yes, for this is one of the main reasons terrorists obtain them.

Scientists argue that the government should use biochemical weapons against our enemies.

This is because biochemical weapons are much easier to produce.

The Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism gave the US an “F” grade for preparations against a Biochemical attack.

Al Qaeda has been threatening the US for some time now, but so far the attacks have been prevented, and if they were to occur, would have been very small scale.

In the near future, terrorists across the globe will easily be able to create and spread deadly viruses with the proper equiptment.
