MHR SECURE DIRECT DATABASE ACCESS – ACCESS DATA SEAMLESSLY

This provides comprehensive access to the hosted iTrent data model for your organisation without the need to deploy additional technologies such as web services. The service allows hosted customers to connect a secure virtual private network directly to the back-end database. This allows you to query the database in real time and retrieve data efficiently.

TRANSPARENT DATABASE ENCRYPTION

More and more organisations want confidence that their data at rest is safe and secure. Our Transparent Database Encryption (TDE) service provides protection of hosted iTrent databases when the data is at rest, the equipment is switched off, or if the media is physically removed.

The service offers encryption at file level when the data is at rest across your hosted databases and encrypt data written to removable media such as tape back-up used as part of the MHR Cloud Services backup strategy. When old hardware is retired the data remains encrypted and inaccessible even if the disks are not wiped or shredded, which they are.

SECURE EMAIL SERVICE – KEEP YOUR COMMUNICATIONS SAFE AND SECURE

This helps with compliance and reduces data breach risks. Cost-effective and simple to implement, MHR offers two

secure email services, depending on your requirements:

SecureMail – this is a simple, efficient method of securely sending bulk communications containing private information from MHR’s Managed IT service. These communications can either go inside or outside your organisation and are fully traceable and protected against interception.

Transport Layer Security – this encrypts email messages between email servers, reducing the risk of interception and alteration of emails as they are sent across the internet between MHR and the customer.

iTRENT SELF-SERVICE MOBILE – ACCESS YOUR HR SERVICES ANYTIME, ANYWHERE

This enables your employees to directly manage their requests which were traditionally processed by HR. This includes accessing and updating personal information, booking holidays, managing their personal development and much more – all while on the move.
